Cheesecake with peaches

Ingredients

Curd (fatty) 1 kg
Butter 200 g
Eggs 8-9 pcs
Semolina 2 tbsp. l.
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Canned peaches taste
Sugar (or powder) 400 g

Cooking method

  • Rub the cottage cheese or mince it (I scroll it in a food processor until a homogeneous paste is obtained, without grains).
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar, add to the curd. Mix with semolina, starch and melted butter. Beat the whites and gently add them to the curd mass. Add chopped peaches (I used to add raisins, but it comes out softer with peaches).
  • Put in a mold, oiled and sprinkled with semolina. Bake at medium temperature for about 1 hour.
  • Bon appetit and happy holiday of Christ's Resurrection! We traditionally bake such a cheesecake for Easter.
