I was in the original cast iron, until a special "overturner" for electric appeared, I turned it over with Chinese chopsticks. I also saw it in the video.
Tanyulya
I turn it over with a knitting needle.
Merri
It is also convenient for me to turn over with wooden sticks. Non-stick coating will not scratch.

Thanks for the advice. I will try

Aaaaaaa, and I suffer too. There's such a bunch of replaceable panels! And you can make muffins and donuts. Already that day I suffer. Larissa, have you bought yourself yet?

Elena, did you do it on gas? Twisted like takoyaki? Doppleta has a kind of electric

I have an electric stove. Yes, I did. In electric, I think it is more convenient and prettier.

Not only. And a cast-iron one too.

Nagy, do you think you need a third? Come on, convince me!
Dukhnich Nadezhda
Well, if only, you have no cupcake and donut maker. Compact model - 3 in 1, (convenient). I was just looking at the cupcake, and then there were donuts to boot.
Dukhnich Nadezhda
And also, I really like the removable panels, it is convenient to wash. I love multifunctional household appliances.

Elena, congratulations on your purchase! American frying pan? I have the same, or one to one similar.

Yes, the same. Something I was disappointed in her ... Big holes, I'll try to cook takoyaki again. If you don't like it, I will sell it. Better to buy an electric one, 3in1 or just for cake pops ...
Merri
Elena, on the contrary, the holes seem small to me. You can't put a lot of fillings. Without filling - that's it!

Turning over is most convenient for me with a wooden skewer (short) and a stick from crystal sugar (candy sugar). It looks like a skewer, but at the blunt end there is still a wooden ball.

And I sharpened a Chinese stick, very convenient. The skewer is thin, I am a plump whale stick, it does not bend.

It dawned on me here (after the recipe for "potato balls for a side dish"): you can also cook other "balls" of snack bars in it. Those that are cooked in a large amount of oil (deep fried) ... potatoes with cheese, rice with meat, etc. And just fry in it, to give a beautiful shape and color. Maybe someone does that ...

Lena, I take dough as a basis for these donutswhich are delicious in themselves. Sometimes I put any filling in the middle, first pouring about 1/2 of the dough, then covering the filling with the remaining dough. Made with thick homemade jam, with poppy seeds.
I'm not sure if you can make potato croquettes in this pan, although you can try ...
Aylen
Thank you Irina! We will try today!

I'm waiting for your impressions!

But I still bought myself an apparatus for balls (cake pops), they will deliver it on Monday.

Tell me, are there any significant differences besides power between the Clatronic CPM 3529 and the Tristar SA-1123?
MarinaK
I still ordered the Clatronic CPM 3529 cake pop maker. I doubted for a long time, choosing between Clatronic CPM 3529 and Tristar SA-1123 (now both models are in Russia). Let's see what happens. My mother gave me an old Soviet pan for round donuts. For some reason, the taste is remembered from childhood, but whether I can now make the same myself, I don't know, because in childhood everything seems to be tastier

Lena, please write a recipe for these balls, otherwise I came across my cake popsnitsa with the Chinese instructions
Aylen
Recipes from the instructions, in brackets my changes (lemon, chocolate). Bake for about 5 minutes.

Lemon Cake Pops (18 pcs)

- 60 g butter, softened

- 95 g flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Put butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Add lemon zest, eggs and vanillin and mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk and lemon juice. Mix the mixture well with a mixer until smooth. Complete each form, approximately 1 tsp. test. use a toothpick to check the doneness.

Chocolate cake pops

- 95 g flour
- 110 g sugar (50g)
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. powder for baking
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 60 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanillin
- 60 ml freshly brewed hot coffee (replaced with milk)

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Whisk milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract separately. Mix all ingredients with a mixer until the mixture is smooth. Add coffee and continue whisking until the coffee is evenly spread. Fill the cells, bake.

Classic cake pops

- 1h. l. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 120 g butter
- 225 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 225 ml milk

Put butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Add eggs, beat again. Add flour and baking powder, salt and milk. Beat the mixture well with a mixer.

dopleta,
Larissa, you have all kinds of takoyachnits.
Can you please tell me which is the most convenient? We sell electric shaft. I always passed by, considering it nothing more than fun.
And now I liked something and thought, maybe buy it. But my heart tells me that the drink will be better.
What do you recommend? Which one is better to buy?
dopleta
Mirabel, You puzzled me, because I cannot answer unequivocally which one is better. At home I have an induction cooker, and at my dacha I have a gas cooker, therefore, solely for reasons of convenience and economy, I use an electric takoot in the city, and at the dacha, where the electricity tariff is much higher, I use a full-charge cooker.
Mirabel
Yeah ... so which one to buy ...
I have no gas at all, a glass-ceramic plate. Electricity costs us .... we better not talk about that.
But I cook and bake, as much as necessary. Well, of course, I try to use the night tariffs (without fanaticism).
Probably, I will not make donuts non-stop, so the question of saving in this case is not relevant.
But still, in my opinion, pop-makes are different from donuts from devices where there is no top heating? Or is the taste the same everywhere?
dopleta
Quote: Mirabel

In this case, an electrician is more convenient. I left the electric oven in the city not because an open frying pan on induction does not work (it is cast iron, it works), but because it is more economical if there is an electric stove.
Mirabel
dopleta,
Larisa, thank you very much!
And the last question, namely for donuts, is it probably better without a top cover for an apparatus? Or is it okay with the top shadow too? It seems to me that in the case it will be more like cupcake-muffins? Or not?
dopleta
If, in the second case, we rely on the non-stick properties of the cupcake (let's call it that) and save on butter, then we will really get rather cupcakes, but who forbids us to increase the amount of butter?
Mirabel
dopleta,
Thank you!
