Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Fry the carrots and onions in hot oil. Today I tried it on "frying", it turned out great, the temperature took a little longer than on "baking".
  • While the vegetables were fried, they rolled meatballs (minced meat (70% pork + 30% beef), I just salt and add an egg, because the children are small).
  • Turned off the "frying", added well-washed rice to the frying. mixed and let it warm up for a couple of minutes in a hot saucepan, you can immediately turn on the "cooking" for 25 minutes. A minute later they added potatoes. pour boiling water 1 cm lower to the maximum mark, and add 1 meatball in random order. mix gently.
  • We closed the lid, the display shows about 20-22 minutes (from the moment the rice began to fall asleep, the countdown began). Pressure 3.
  • It turned out to be a very tasty, rich, at the same time tender soup. The family appreciated.
  • The most important thing is that the time to prepare for cooking (as it spun) you need a minimum!

Today I cooked soup with meatballs at 5005. The minced meat was pork and beef 50/50. Fried onions with carrots in the Pastry. The soup turned out to be very tasty, rich and fragrant! I added fresh herbs and sour cream to each plate. I cooked such a soup in 5005 for the first time, I used to cook it in a multicooker Polaris -517 or in Oursson 5002.
