Shurshun, I already wrote several times that I have MUM 4655 and he is over 7 years old
This topic is deeply on the drum for me, I do not read it, my combine is not 7 years old, but I am friends with it. In this topic, I rather help, call me that you overworked again by writing about 7 years.

Girls who tortured me yesterday about Electrolux Assistant in the UAE or Finland. I found that they sell it in Finland (or are these contacts for those who want to become a reseller?). If you go to their website, they have a Resellers page.
And below Finland:
Contact us for your nearest dealer, info@ankarsrum.com.

In the Americas, this unit is called MagicMill, but it is the same machine 9

In Sweden, at least KitchenEids are in bulk at least Electrolux Assistant

Well, in Sweden they sell it, so it may not have been removed. What I don't understand, why KitchenAids and the same Assistants cannot be sold at normal prices, and not as a luxury product, which they are not.
In the Americas, Kitchens cost $ 200-300 each, but here they are like a plane. Not fair

Yes, and we freely have all the models for sale. Why is Russia so tight with the Bosches?

But we are tight with KitchenAids and something else. This is called balance, so that no one is offended that the neighbor has everything.

For such a price we need theirs Kitchens. We have enough Boshes. And whoever is missing - take the Kenwoods.

Because we joined the WTO and importers do not know what will happen to the market
There is also the idea that demand exceeds supply, and imports are usually brought in once a quarter, hence the deficit

I was torturing it. I have already thrown off your links to my son, let him figure it out, I’m not very cool with this. And you can’t find it not in an online store, but in their usual electronics stores? At the end of August we are going to Finland - we could try our luck there - we have a cool dough mixer with KitchenEyda meat grinder, but much more expensive than Electrolux (which is not), and my son did not like their design.

I repeat once again, this model is very old and it seems that it is not released anymore!

It's easy to say - look. I'm not that advanced user. My son found it on Amazon - so delivery of 200 dollars will probably come out. I would just buy it in Fink, if they sell them there - in August we will go for a week.

Perhaps, of course. You need to find someone who lives in Finland and knows where to buy what you need. You can go to Izikuks in LJ and ask a question about the purchase of the equipment you need, people will share the info with pleasure
14anna08
Well, while I was running around to see what they sell from the discs with us, they wrote so much ...
Alas, I am flying over with a disk - it is temporarily unavailable, suddenly someone sees - please write!
Daffi
I also found you a service with disks and a comment "The service center is located on the inner," courtyard "side of the building 30 building 1."

I have a question for the owners and owners of MUMs 4 series, that is MUM46 .. or MUM 47 ... What whisk do you use to whisk butter onto butter cream? What whisk do you use to grind butter and sugar onto a cake dough?

If you have a MUM4655, tell me at what speed and for how long you have been doing the above operations. Thank you.

I feel that this question did not arise out of nowhere. I also have no butter cream in Muma. The oil seems to break into lumps. I had a thought at the beginning that I did something wrong. Then I tried again - nope. I did this both times with custard oil. I thought maybe the butter was not warmed up enough from the refrigerator, and the custard was not cold enough that such a thing turned out. But if you ask, it means that it is also not so hot.
I have a thought, maybe this is from low speed? Maybe you need more oil? Here I do it with a mixer - with a bang, I have such a speed of the corollas there that it's easy to fly.

Although I make the oil itself in Muma without any problems. That is, I beat the butter out of the cream. But also longer than a mixer.

Now I started to remember about muffin dough ... Something like I first grind the eggs with sugar, so I won't say here how the butter behaves there.
Daffi
The question did not arise out of nowhere, but the problem is a little different from yours. I bring the oil to room temperature and beat it with a whisk with a lot of twigs. And there comes a byada, because I do not have time to catch the moment and I interrupt the oil, that is, the liquid leaves. That's why I'm asking What am I doing wrong? I want to know the secrets of whipping butter in Boch.
When I had a mixer, there were no problems, because I controlled the process and had time to turn off the device in time, that is, the butter was whipped as needed. But with the harvester there were punctures a couple of times and I didn't risk it anymore.

So how much is there for him to whip, just do not go far from the combine, and that's all.

I don’t leave, but I don’t have time. Maybe the whisk is wrong or the speed is too high. I want to know how others do

I have kenwood 020, I beat the butter for just a couple of seconds for 2 maximum and start adding condensed milk or what needs to be mixed with, now you can increase the speed with additives
Daffi
Thanks for the information. HOWEVER!!! I asked the question ONLY to those who have the same harvester as mine, that is, MUM 46 or MUM47. Please do not need to write how to whip butter on other combines. Please, I beg you. I only need information about BOSHE MUM 4 series. Thank you for understanding.

Thank you. We have the same base, so the number of speeds (4) and power (550 W) are also identical. The only difference is in the configuration.
Cream oil in third speed. And what whisk - where are there many twigs or where there are only three?
Ukka
The whisk is that - where there are many twigs, and when using a 3-twig, balls of butter fly around the bowl ...
Daffi
Thank you very much. I realized my mistake, next time I will do it at third speed.
It remains to find out which whisk you need to grind the butter with sugar and at what speed.

There are no special secrets, you must be sure of the quality of the oil, it must be soft, first you beat the butter itself until fluffy, and then add the products according to the recipe at the same temperature.

Three-bar, I start at the 2nd, then I switch to the 3rd speed. I didn't know the time, but it took a long time, about 15 minutes. I never managed to interrupt ... This attachment goes instead of a K-shaped spatula (like the Kenwoods) and is designed just for butter and muffins. Only it is still less effective than the K-shaped one. Beats the butter normally, but then mixes it with flour not very ...

Hello everybody!
the beloved Kenwood KM265 broke down without working for 2 years, the repair is comparable in price to the purchase of a new one, it will also last for six months ... and without special guarantees that it will not break again. They explained in the workshop that the gearbox had broken down, it is plastic in the Kenwoods, and is a weak point, and the chopper bowl was also cracked. The combine suited me in all respects. Advise a more reliable analogue (meat grinder, chopper, mixer, blender). Thank you very much to those who responded !!!
Daffi
Take Kenwood again. The planetary mixer is only available in Kenwoods, BOSH MUM and Kitchen Aids.
Bosch MUM does not have a grinder (only a glass blender), no bowl with universal knives, but there is a stationary planetary mixer and a meat grinder + graters / shredders.
Kitchen Aid stands like an airplane and has some complaints about it too.
Brown does not have a meat grinder or planetary mixer, but it does have a chopper, bowl with utility knives, and graters / shredders. Plus there is a juicer.

Everything is so, but in principle you can buy a nozzle for Bosch Mum - a bowl with knives, it is not very large, therefore, I think it will go for a chopper. Maybe.

You didn't write - where are you from. In Ukraine, this is much easier - there is more choice. Then - which functions are preferable. There is no ideal. My good old Brown is dying, and I ordered a Bosch MUM 5 series. In St. Petersburg it is 10-11tyr. I am primarily interested in the planetary kneader and meat grinder - something that is not in Brown. Therefore, you need a powerful one, which is immediately expensive. But cheaper than Kenwood with similar features.
Arbuzyash
I'm from St. Petersburg.
I don’t trust Kenwood anymore (my sister's bread machine broke down). And with the repair of the problem, I spent the whole day calling the workshops, everyone refused .. and the phones from the warranty card did not answer at all. I'll probably study Bosch for now. (budget: no more than 13000)
From preferences: a meat grinder, a chopper, a mixer, a blender (glass), a dough mixer is practically not needed, there is a bread machine - I make all the dough in it. But whites and butter on cream I beat quite often.I'm also inclined to buy everything separately, last time I threw away all the old equipment, hoping for one big gizmo, now a complete "beggar".
Thank you!
Daffi
1. If you don't need a dough kneading, what's the point of looking at BOSCH MUM? It is most often bought by baking lovers precisely because of the stationary mixer.
2. The bread maker makes yeast dough, and in a stationary mixer you can make shortbread, muffin, yeast pastry, bread, protein, biscuit, custard ... I haven't tried dumplings yet, but it can work.
3. If you scroll back 1 page, you will see that there may be some nuances with whipping butter onto cream in BOSH MUM. I interrupted the oil a couple of times, because I didn't "catch the moment" when I needed to have time to turn off the combine. It is easier to make butter cream with a hand mixer. But it's easier to beat whites with a stationary
4. The meat grinder in MUM is far from the concept of "beast". She will not twist meat with veins, nor bones.
5. Graters and shredders help out during the harvesting period, as well as a glass blender. This summer I hope the bowl of utility knives will twist the apricots faster than in a blender.
6. If you definitely need a combine harvester with a meat grinder, you can turn your attention to Philips. But there is no grinder in them, with proteins and oil (probably) there may be nuances.
7. Any combine with universal knives will perfectly chop the meat into cutlets, but it will not be rolled minced meat, but minced meat. It has a slightly different texture. If it is not critical for you to receive exactly the "meat grinder" mince, then you can not focus on the meat grinder as an integral part of the combine.
8. The chopper is only and exclusively in the Brown combine. Other combines only have glass blenders. If you think and decide that you don't need a meat grinder, take a closer look at Brown. A wonderful set of graters and shredders, a bowl with utility knives, a chopper and much more are great for everyday frequent use.
Sonia
Help me choose from two combines:
1. Bosch 4756, I like it - design, compactness, I saw in the store.
I do not like it - a little 600W, a blender 0.75ml. not enough, we love strongly whipped milk cocktails.
2. Bosch 54, in stores (in our village) no, you can't touch and look. The photo doesn't like the design. It seems that he has lost his compactness and the impression that he will walk with a shaker. The video on YouTube heard him whistling, humming, squeaking. But from the sound in the video on model 4756 I did not understand at all how loud it works.
I like it - the blender is more than 1.25ml. And 900W.

After reading the entire thread, there is no information about the power. My men laugh that power has nothing to do with it, it only affects the roar of the engine. It's not for nothing that KitchenAid is a super-device at 300W, but it works quietly.

And I don't want to buy Bosch-8 because of harm. For such corollas twig and pay that kind of money. Better to swing at Kenwood.
sazalexter
Sonia At mnu Bosch MUM 56340, I can only compare with the Mulinex blender and the Chinese noname mixer. I will say that it is more convenient, more powerful. Nothing dangles or creaks, the rest of the reviews are in the thread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=136353.0
dalida
I also have a 5th mum, it works well, very quietly, this is noted by all users on the Amazon too, which, as I suspect, has something to compare with.
And it takes up little space, although it looks, especially in the picture, impressive (because it is very beautiful), but in fact it is much more compact than Mum-8 or Kenwood. Some people don't like his plastic blender glass, but for me it's a plus, since a glass of this volume will be heavy. Its 900 watt power is felt very much, as I wrote earlier, it works playfully, without any tension - this is a pleasant feeling.

Hello everybody. After rereading the Temki, I really liked two models of combines - these are Kenwood Kmix and Electrolux assistant. The husband promises to make such an expensive gift ... But we will only order the case from abroad. Who had experience, maybe someone will throw in a personal the sites from which they ordered.Does anyone know what is the difference between these two models? What's better? I need mainly for dough (especially steep, for bread), make pasta, my husband liked the sausage attachment (since we completely abandoned the purchased one).
Thank you all very much
