1. Water - 260 ml;

But I just master the pressed yeast, once I tried to bake it, and in my absence - the bread did not work out, it is clear that it rose and the donkey then strongly and in the end was not baked, but I baked according to the recipe not for HP and on the program, so for now hard to say for sure. According to the recipes from the book for HP with bread, there have never been punctures, but according to recipes from the Internet it does not always work. I love it for its cuteness and small size, but most often I knead bread in hp, but I bake it in the oven. For sourdough bread definitely not suitable, too many dances with tambourines. I still lack programs with a large cycle.
