Category: Culinary recipes

Ingredients

Millet 3/4 Art.
Rice 1 tbsp.
Milk 1 - 1.5 l
Salt, sugar taste
Vanilla sugar [br] or vanillin - on the tip of a knife 1 sachet
Pumpkin 450 g

Cooking method

  • After rinsing the cereals, fill them in the cartoon and fill them with hot water. We turn on the device to the "Milk porridge" mode. While the cereal is boiling a little, cut the pumpkin into pieces, fill it with water and put it in a stewpan on the stove. Add milk, sugar, salt, vanilla to the porridge in a slow cooker. When the pumpkin is stewed until soft, add it along with the broth to the porridge. And we cook until the end of the program.

Note

Guys, in my family all the children love her very much. The difficulty in preparing it before was that it takes a long time to prepare and you need to constantly stir. Otherwise it will burn. With the advent of the multicooker in the world, these problems no longer exist and all the children ate this porridge in a week and do not take it in their mouths anymore. : -X I hope they will move away ... It turns out a dark yellow, very tasty porridge. The light scent of vanilla combined with pumpkin gives an amazing aroma. A lot of porridge is obtained from these products. Enough for everyone. (It is also cold - delicious). [b] For children [/ b]: Children usually do not like any unknown "additives", so before putting the pumpkin into a multicooker with a blender, I turn it into puree. In this case, it is guaranteed: no one will ever guess what your porridge is made of. (From the last assumptions, one of our friends thoughtfully said: "Why! This is sago!";)) Well, for the kids, I make it sweet enough. Dessert. Bon Appetit! : santa:

And I always rub pumpkin on a combine (like a grater), when it’s cooked it’s not visible either, and it’s faster

Luke, I am preparing porridge for the umpteenth time according to this recipe. It turns out very tasty and most importantly - clean. I have a Panasonic-10, for the amount of cereal indicated in the recipe I set the cycle "milk porridge" twice - it boils very much, but mine is like this) Three or four cups of milk, two water (taking into account that the frozen pumpkin flows after rinsing the cereal remains a little). It could be kept on extinguishing or heating for a while, but I'm too lazy and I just charge the second cycle after beeping.
Thanks for the recipe, I will repeat it more than once!

Yesterday I cooked milk porridge with pumpkin, rice and millet. Today they nursed my granddaughter, so I cook porridge in small portions. In a pot and in a slow cooker. First I put it, poured everything into a pot, and brought it to a boil in the microwave. This time the water was warming up in the cartoon. Put the pot in a bowl of water (up to the middle of the pot), incl. Russian stove for 95 grams. for 5 hours, after turning off - heating. Added a village sl. oil. The porridge turned out to be delicious, tender. The granddaughter ate well. And I got it.
