Cooking method

  • So, on a preheated stove in a dry saucepan I pour a couple of tablespoons of sugar and melt until light brown, then I throw in finely chopped garlic (when there is very little time, just mnu on a garlic, but better chopped) garlic -, fry in sugar 15-20 sec, add 4-5 tbsp. l. soy sauce and immediately chicken meat (pieces about 3x4 cm, and I like it better when on the bones, and not just fillets), salt, pepper, mix and leave under the lid for 15 minutes (stir occasionally). As soon as no raw blood is emitted when pressing on the meat, the dish is ready! It turns out very tasty and beautiful (golden chicken pieces).

Note

As a side dish, of course, rice, which does not need to be salted at all. I recommend everyone to try it - easily and quickly and "you can't tear it off by the ears"!
