Ingredients

Bakery flour (the most common) 310 gr.
Rye flour 150 gr.

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour 300 ml of water;
  • 2. Pour (directly into the water) 1 teaspoon salt (top);
  • 3. Pour (directly into the water) sugar 1 tablespoon (top)
  • 4. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (odorless);
  • 5. Mix a little;
  • 6. Add 310 gr. flour (ordinary white bakery);
  • 7. Add 150 gr. rye flour;
  • 8. Pour 1.5 small measuring cups of dry fast-acting yeast into the well.
  • 9. Select mode 1, weight - 900 g, crust color - dark;
  • When weighing some ingredients, I use an electronic scale.
  • After cooking, let the bread cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.

With rye flour, it turns out more beautiful and, in my opinion, more tasty, and even better, after cooking, leave the bread in the bread maker for 15-20 minutes on heating, then the color is generally wonderful. By the way, the presence of sugar, including, gives a beautiful color to the crust of bread.

If the crumb of bread is wet, sticky, most likely more water (liquid) has been added than the dough needs at the moment the dough is kneading

By the weight of the recipe flour, 460 grams, you can set the weight to 750 grams.
Yeast is measured in teaspoons (not glasses!), So you can take 1.5 tsp. dry yeast

I have been baking in this bread maker for the second week. The only drawback I have turned out, with the same set of products, the fluffy top does not come out. How many I do not bake, neither according to recipes from a book, nor according to other recipes. The top settles, they say it is something either with the amount of sugar or yeast. I will never adapt to the bread baking model and recipes. Previously, my parents baked in mulinex and always had a magnificent top, so that I would not put it in a bread maker, no matter how I experimented. And here it does not work in any way.
