Moscow region chutney

Ingredients

sweet and sour apples 1 kg
Berries of black currant, red, raspberry, blackberry 100 gr.
garlic and herbs, salt taste
water 100 ml

Cooking method

  • Scroll the September remnants of black, red currants, raspberries and blackberries with peeled apples, add a little water and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Then puree with a blender, boil again and roll up hot in jars. Wrap the jars warm and leave to cool completely. You can add herbs and garlic if you want - but this is a matter of taste.
