In my opinion, during the post, a very worthy option. The recipe is not mine, it was found somewhere on the Internet for a long time, but completely from wheat flour. I allowed myself to replace part of the wheat with rye. It turned out delicious. They ate with honey, jam, jam. If you reduce the sugar content, savory sauces and toppings will work as well.

Anyuta, in general, when using pressed ones, increase their number by 3-3.5 times. But for some reason, a lot of yeast is used in all recipes for pancakes. If you follow the calculations, then 6-7 grams is enough. And if I did it from pressed, I would put a little more (10 grams), or try to experiment every time, reducing their number.

Thanks for the idea ! For even greater benefit, I added about 1/3 cup dried bran, used fresh yeast 12 g, and adjusted the water by eye. It turned out great!

Yes thank you! Loved the pancakes! The dough has doubled. It was really watery ... I used a glass of 250 grams, everything was strictly according to the recipe! I ate with honey, and the rest with honey and sour cream! So they were lean only for me)) Thanks for the recipe!

I made it entirely from wheat flour, and my sister (according to the recipe given to her) was made entirely from rye (added a little more water) .... Everyone liked it!
