Eggless Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

Natural yoghurt 3.5% fat 250g.
Wheat flour 250g.
Sugar 180g.
Baking powder 1h l.
Vanillin 1 \ 4h l.
Vegetable oil (I have corn oil) 50g.
Hercules 20g.
Boiling water 50g.
Raisins 100g.

Cooking method

  • Boil the hercules with boiling water, cover and leave for 30 minutes until it swells completely. Cool down.
  • Beat the rolled oats, yogurt, sugar.
  • Add butter, beat again.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla. Beat until smooth. The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream.
  • Add raisins, stir.
  • Put in a greased dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven, I have 50 minutes.
  • Shl. I baked it several times, but I couldn't take a picture. This particular cake was baked in Kukushka on Oven 2 level for 50 minutes on one side and 20 on the other.
