Buns in the Comfort Fy 500 pressure cooker

Ingredients

milk 200 ml. (Approx.)
eggs 2 pcs
flour 2.5 tbsp. (200 gr. Glass)
sugar 50 g
salt 1 tsp
Saf yeast - moment 2 tsp
butter 100 g
vanillin 1 pack
filling (jam, boiled condensed milk, apples)

Cooking method

  • Break 2 eggs into a measuring container and top up milk up to 250 ml mark.
  • I knead the dough in a bread maker.
  • Pour the mixture of eggs and milk into a bucket of a bread machine, add the rest of the ingredients in sequence as indicated in the instructions for your HP.
  • Divide the ready and matched dough into buns (filling in the middle).
  • Fold the finished shaped buns into a pressure cooker pan greased with sunflower oil (I put baking paper) and let rise until doubled.
  • Run the bake / cake program for 55 minutes (one standard taste cycle + one hard taste cycle).

Note

Adjust the amount of flour and dry yeast (since different manufacturers) and the result may differ.
I have the highest grade flour "Belotserkovskaya" and dry yeast "saf - moment".

For a beautiful top, I put all my baked goods from a pressure cooker and a multicooker for a couple of minutes in the oven under the grill.
