Lavash rolls with cottage cheese and spinach

Ingredients

Armenian thin lavash
Cottage cheese 300 gr.
Chopped frozen spinach 200 gr.
Egg 1 PC.
Sl. oil 10-15 gr.
Rast. oil
Salt pepper.

Cooking method

  • I want to share my recipe, maybe someone will come in handy
  • Simmer the spinach in a pan with butter until the liquid evaporates. Cool it down.
  • Mix cottage cheese + spinach + salt, pepper.
  • We cut pita bread into sheets 15 ~ 15 cm in size. (You can do more, as you like)
  • We spread the filling and fold it into an envelope.
  • Drive the egg into a bowl and add 2 tbsp. spoons of water + salt, pepper. Beat with a fork.
  • Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and fry in a pan with Rast. butter until golden brown.
  • It turns out very tasty

I also do it with other fillings, because there are a lot of options!
And with meat, liver, cheese ... We really like the egg and onion filling.
I take a lot of onions 4-5 mediums. size, cut into a medium cube and sauté it in a frying pan.
I boil 5-6 chicken eggs and also cut into cubes.
I mix the cooled onion, egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper, cheese sauce or just mayonnaise + you can add dill.
It turns out very tasty Our unexpected guests could not understand what is included in the filling (except for the eggs), because the taste of the onion is not felt.
And dipping it in ice cream makes the pita bread very soft. (The guests thought it was pancakes at all)
