I took nuts according to the recipe only until the total weight added 40 grams of walnuts. She made 3 cakes with a diameter of 23 cm. Baking at 160 degrees 35 min. came out with a height of 1.5-2 cm and a weight of 300-316 grams
I made a cream of cream according to your recipe, the only one I took was 500 ml of cream instead of 400 ml (I didn't want to leave 100 gr). I will add gelatin to the cream for the future, because the cake came out well, sooo tender and alive!
Shock the layer - I changed a little for myself. I took 2.5 bars of chocolate and 100 ml of 20% cream. Melt, stir and add 4 yolks instead of 3 (this is already by mistake). I often use ganache, but it was the first time I added yolks to it. I guess their point is to give a creamier ganache consistency.
There was no more time to decorate and I smeared it on the sides and on top with the remaining cream of cream, and sprinkled the top with cocoa.
The cake was cut beautifully, tenderly and beautifully! I would say the taste is nutty tiramisu !! I love tiramisu !!!
weight came out 2 kg, height 7 cm.
