  • I had an unexpectedly tasty dish for dinner today. I want to share with you. The number of products is approximate as it was all pure experiment. I cooked in a PHILIPS HD 3077 multicooker. I covered the frozen cherries with sugar and left them alone. When it was almost thawed, I mixed it right in a slow cooker with dry pasta. Topped up with water flush with the paste. Steam cooking, 15 minutes. Since I was not at home, everything was heated for two hours. They ate with sour cream, my men also added sugar. Delicious! It looks like cherry dumplings. Next time I'll try to add some more cottage cheese.

I have done this kind of thing more than once. True, the defrosted cherries / strawberries were boiled with sugar in a frying pan (not for long, the main thing is that there is not much juice left). I threw almost finished pasta into this juice, covered with a lid and left. Either not on fire at all, or at the very minimum for just a couple of minutes. Pasta absorbs sauce (i.e. juice) very well if it is not smeared with anything greasy. All. Then you can add sour cream, in general, pour anything you want. I didn't post the recipe, I thought that the adherents of dumplings would beat me for such sacrilege!)))

I just cooked a little differently. Welded "bows", added oil drain. Separately, I covered fresh cherries with removed pits with sugar. After 15 minutes, she gave juice, boiled it a little over low heat. I put the cherries on the pasta, mixed the juice with sour cream and poured the dish with this sauce. Delicious and hot and cold
