Kamchatka smelt 500 g
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • My smelt, we make a solution - for 1 liter of water 2 tbsp. l. salt, put the smelt in this solution and leave for at least 2 hours.
  • Then we put it on the wire rack, put cold smoking - 5 minutes, hot - 20 minutes. The smoking material is cherry and apple branches.
  • We leave in a cool place overnight.
