For the marinade:

nutmeg (ground) 1 tsp
coriander 1 tsp
salt (coarse) 2 tbsp. l.
water 0,5 l

Cooking method

  • Add all the ingredients for the marinade to warm water. Wash the meat and put in the marinade (I kept it for 1 hour).
  • Further, in the "Fry - meat" mode, I fry the meat from all sides until a light crust forms and set the "Stew" mode for 2 hours.

3 hours

I really like quick and easy recipes. There are many options for the marinade ... here ... one more for your attention The meat turned out to be very fragrant (my men came running to the smell and it was not possible to drive them out of the kitchen). Desirable meat, still cool - cold it tastes even better (and smells no less)
