I got such an ice cream maker. First impressions are pretty positive. The unit does not seem flimsy, without any burrs, etc. The smell of plastic was not present.

I washed and dried. I put the bowl in the freezer at -18 degrees, withstood the day.

The first test was on the ice cream recipe from the forum with small lyrical digressions. Ideally, I wanted to get the rich fat Grycan ice cream that we love to taste. Therefore, searches and experiments began.

First mistake! I took the ingredients from the refrigerator. Having mixed everything, I did not consider it necessary to put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator for a while!
