Meat cheesecakes - a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Minced meat 500 g
Processed cheese (Hochland "Creamy" briquette) 150 g
Cottage cheese 300 g
Grated hard cheese 100 g
Chicken egg 1 PC
Spices: salt, pepper, dry garlic

Cooking method

  • Add grated cheese, spices and 1 raw chicken egg to the minced meat. Mix cottage cheese with melted cheese. We make nests from minced meat and fill them with curd filling. We bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions or herbs on top.
