Creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Champignon 300 g
Bulb onions 1 middle head
Cherry tomatoes 200 g
Cream 35% 100 ml
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the champignons into slices or quarters. Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the halves of the garlic cloves. Remove the garlic.
  • Fry the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms and evaporate the released juice (this will take 5-7 minutes). Add tomatoes, stir and fry for another 5 minutes. Pour cream over and simmer the sauce over medium heat (10-12 minutes). The sauce is ready.
  • You can serve with buckwheat, rice, pasta, potatoes, boiled meat. To serve, you can mix the garnish with the sauce and heat everything together for 2 minutes or put the sauce on top of the garnish.
