Dear owners of bread machines, hello everyone !!! So I finally got a Kenwood VM 900 bread maker. Before buying it I read and shoveled a bunch of information and reviews about it. I hope she does not disappoint me. Only I still have a lot of questions. Can someone, at their leisure, be able to answer them? Perhaps I'm stupid, but I still want clarity. Questions:
- Do recipes from its other relatives (VM 366, VM 450) fit this stove? (I think you can, but I want to hear the answer from you)
- Is it possible to make bread weighing 500 g, 750 g in it from recipes (BM 366, BM 450)?
- There are so many recipes on the site that you don't know which one is right and which one is not; some people get bread according to these recipes, and some don't. Which recipe to choose?

I also have HP Kenwood VM-900. I baked French recipe from VM-450 for 750g, it turned out fine, I bake very often Bun the Minsk recipe of Yana-Tatiana with, it turns out great, I just baked it, it turned out a bun weighing 680 gr. I bake on the whole grain program and I take not 300 ml, but 270-280 ml.

Hello to all bakers! I would like to tell you about what I have already baked:
1. Plain white bread, program 1, medium crust, weight 1 kg. In the recipe, the water was completely replaced with whey. Everything worked out great: kneading, lifting, baking. Only under the very roof, in the middle of the bread, it almost got baked. I think it was not necessary to completely replace the water with whey. And so everything is very tasty.
2. Airy whole grain bread, recipe for 750g, program 3, medium crust. If I bake with less weight, then the weight on the stove is still 1 kg. The bread turned out without
claims. Perfectly baked, rose. Weighing exactly 750g. I weighed.
3. Brioche bun, program 4, light crust, recipe for 750 g. Delicious, everything is kneaded, raised, baked, and the sides are fried.
4. Pizza dough 1x30cm, super. I have never eaten such delicious pizza before.
5. Recipe for dumplings dough:
- wheat flour - 450g
- salt-0.5 tsp.
- water 210 ml
- egg - 1 pc.
Added another 0.5 hours. l. vegetable oil. Mode 8. I didn’t wait an hour and a half, after 30 minutes I took out the dough. added some flour and kneaded her hands. Very good dough turned out.
But .... for a small amount of dumplings. Minced meat remained with me and I had to make cutlets. And how to calculate the recipe for more dumplings, I don’t know.
6. Egg white bread, program 1, recipe, weight 750 g, medium crust. In the recipe, the water was diluted with milk. The total amount of liquid as in the recipe I got 300 ml. But during the kneading, I saw that the dough was liquid and began to add flour until the dough became like a child's butt and ... Hurray! The bread turned out. Deep-fried, baked, delicious. Only two minuses - it crumbles when you cut and barely pulled it out of the bucket, the crust was fried tightly.
Dear bakers, please tell me Darnitsky's recipe for this model of a bread machine, otherwise there are many recipes, and I don’t know which one to choose and the weight of bread for 750g. Thank you.

2. How "noisy" is it beeping?
3. How noisy is the dispenser?
4. Does the whole mixture mix well, is there no "residue" left in the corners of the bucket, if you do not correct the bun yourself?

I read a lot - there are enough jambs everywhere, the buckets are flowing, the lights are on, then the electronics are screwing up, then the dispenser rumbles. And my device is as simple as a shovel and bakes well. "Ears" and a pick-up finish with a file, and with a batch - to deal with recipes ... So while I "smoke" the forum, and then we'll see ...

Hello! I will not tell you the recipe for Darnitsky, but I get very tasty rye bread. I bake on program 6, gluten-free.
40 g of kvass wort, diluted with a small amount, gr. 100, no more hot water. And then I add water at room temperature to 290 g.
2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
Rye flour 200 g, wheat flour 185.
2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of ground coriander, and 2 tsp. (I put a little less, between 1.5 and 2) yeast.
The kneading takes 17 minutes, after that I take out the stirrers and distribute the dough along the bottom of the bucket. And that's it, after 2 hours delicious bread. I bake it very often, because my husband eats it very quickly.
Weight 650-700 gr.
