Beetroot caviar

Ingredients

Beet 2 pcs
bulb onions 4 things
tomato juice ~ 0.5 cups
vegetable oil
balsamic vinegar modena 2h spoons
salt

Cooking method

  • Boil beets, peel. Cut the onion into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the beets, grated on a coarse grater, stew for a couple of minutes, pour in tomato juice, salt to taste, add vinegar a little later (for an amateur).

Note

We eat both hot and cold. Delicious!

You can also use pasta, but with juice it just tastes better
