Julienne with quail eggs in an air fryer

Ingredients

Onion 2 pcs. average
Champignon 300 g
Meat 150 g
Sour cream 8 tablespoons
Cheese 40 gr.
Quail eggs 4 things.

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion into pieces and fry until transparent. Cut the mushrooms into pieces and add to the onion. Fry for about 8 minutes. Cut the meat (I had a slice from the baked veal) into half a centimeter cubes and add to the onion-mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper (green peppercorns are great). Fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Put two tablespoons of sour cream in a ramekin (cocotte). Put the mushroom mixture on top, grated cheese on it. Gently break the quail egg on top of the cheese.
  • At the bottom of the outer bowl we put the bottom of a detachable cake mold (a diameter of 21 cm is great). we put forms for soufflé on it.

I adapted it to the BORK U700 multicooker!
Instead of baking. I took the pork tenderloin - finely chopped and fried in the oven on the 3rd level, the rest is the same, but I did not put it in cocotte makers, but immediately into the mule bowl! On the oven mode 2 level for 20 minutes .. Then I divided it into parts with a silicone spoon and with mashed potatoes on plates ...
Everything is super! My three peasants (husband and two sons) squeaked with delight!
