And if something does not suit me, then I need to call the warranty service, and if they write there an act stating that the device cannot be treated, then only if they will replace it or return the money.
I call the hotline to the representative office of the company. There, the Girl tries to figure out the problem for a very long time, several times calls me back, I hang out on the line for a long time, and in the end I am informed that in the operating manual. a typo and the device should not work without a cover. I'm at a loss. Does it work for others ?! The recipe book says what should work in R. poE. written, but not in the dealership. And he also sends it to the service center. I'm calling the guarantee. Yes, on the very first day I moved the bowl, twisted the temperature sensor and its spring. It worked several times with an empty bowl. The rolling pin was just at hand and to be sure to use it. I noticed that a light weight is enough and everything works. I put 50-70 grams of lard to be melted, the bowl was determined. But with the small amount of oil that I usually need it doesn't work like that. It seems to me that in a short period of time the spring under the temperature sensor will weaken a little and everything will be fine.

Nikollete, have you tried to contact the service center about replacing the cover? Ourson extended the warranty on the covers as far as I know. After ~ a year of use (I don't remember exactly) I had a similar problem. About three months ago, I turned to the service, and they exchanged me for free. I was just expecting a replacement for about a month.
