TanyulyaThanks for the recipe. And I really like buckwheat porridge in 5010.
Tanyulya
We like the porridge the same way. Now I put it in the morning.

Tanya, do you always cook all varieties of pilaf only in this mode? Porridge mode for dairy only?
Tanyulya
No, I can also on Kasha. Buckwheat, I cook millet on water only on Kasha, the result is just excellent.
GruSha
I am not sure which of these two modes is better. And the main thing is not to run away))))

It was easier in Panasonic ...
Tanyulya
Didn't run away on the water? Neeee there generally does not run anything.
I cook milk on Kasha, the same does not run.
Buckwheat on water 1 \ 2 on Kasha.
Rice 1 \ 1 on Porridge or on Rice, but as a rule I cook rice only 2 glasses in water, in milk and 1 glass is excellent.
GruSha
I have a liter of milk and 1 glass of HP rice, for example.
Somehow such porridge ran away, the rice regime was. On porridge, milk is normal
Tanyulya
It is better not to cook milk on Rice.
He won't run away on Kasha.
In Rice, the program works for evaporation like the Omelet.
GruSha
Aha)) I already understood it! I had to disassemble the cover))
Tan, it means just cereals on the water, there is no difference, perhaps, on porridge or rice?
Tanyulya
If you cook on water, then I don't see much difference, the only thing is .... but maybe these are my observations, there may be a soooo thin film on the bottom of Rice if you just cook rice without any meat and oil. I like both Rice and Kasha.
GruSha
I tortured you))) so I did not understand the difference. And there's a little confusion in the recipe book too!
I hope our dialogue will help those who have just bought a multicooker))
Tanyulya
What are you? Not tortured. The instructions are not very good for me. Honestly, all by typing and trial. I just cook buckwheat porridge and millet in water almost every morning. I put on the timer and by 6-30 the porridge is ready. No hassle. I cook rice in milk, the same on the timer. I cook all this in Kasha.

TanyulyaHello, Tanyulya. I would like to ask you for advice. I watched your videos. Cool. Thank you. Here I am facing the choice of a multicooker-pressure cooker. I have been choosing for a month now. And I stumbled upon your videos by accident. I need a station wagon, with a rice program for liquid evaporation. And to fry until golden brown. I want it all in one. I had a bunch of all kinds of multicooker. And Polaris the pressure cooker. But everything is already breaking, then the button for opening the multicooker, etc. I liked the set of functions in Oursson 5010 very much. I am interested in your opinion. Will this appliance replace both a cartoon and a pressure cooker for me? The opinion of the members of the forum is interesting.
Tanyulya
Orsson 5010 will not let you down, but if you need a multi-cook program with a specific temperature setting, then this is not here. And so everything that you describe is in this model.
pelmen_ka
Thank you very much. The multi-cook is not particularly interested. And what models are there with the function of steaming rice and a pressure cooker? Do you know analogs?
