And at first it is mesmerizing. Works quietly. The first time they turned on, we heard a beep after some time. It turned out (we got into the instructions) - it determines the time when you can add, for example, nuts.
We have been using it for a month, since then they stopped buying bread in the store at all.
Used so far recipes 1 (white bread) and French (4). I never got an inedible marriage, the result was quite acceptable from the very first bake. The bread was delicious, baked. But the top was always flat, not in the form of a hat. But this did not affect the taste. The bread was delicious, despite the fact that we used standard recipes from the instructions, did not use scales for lack of such (we used measuring cups), used ordinary flour and the first dry yeast that came across. As new information was received from different forums, they began to improve.The use of bread flour and Lviv yeast, rearrangement of the stove away from drafts - improved the quality of the result.
The delayed mode also works fine, in the evening before going to bed they threw everything into it, set a period through which the bread should be ready. It was very pleasant to wake up in the morning in the apartment filled with the smell of fresh bread.
I liked that the dried bread tastes better the next day. And even those remnants that have dried into crackers (in view of the fact that we still try to limit ourselves in eating) are completely different from the store version.
We haven't tried the dough recipes yet, but we are planning. Summary: they are quite happy with the stove at the moment.
Minus one: the top cap is down. But as it turned out, it was not her fault, but the problem we had brought up.
