Tyrolean pork (multicooker Brand 37501)

Ingredients

pork 500 gr.
bulb onions 1 head
garlic 2-3 cloves
tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
kefir 200 ml.
lemon juice 2 tsp
greens (I have dill) bundle
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
seasoning taste
salt taste
pepper taste
frying oil

Cooking method

  • We cut the meat into pieces (the value depends on your preferences), salt, pepper. If the pieces are large, we beat each piece a little, if we put the pieces into a bag and beat the pieces into a bag. We cut onions, garlic. We turn on the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes. Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add tomato paste, herbs, kefir, lemon juice and spices. Cook the marinade for 5 minutes. Put meat in the marinade and turn off the multicooker. Close the lid and leave to marinate for about an hour. Then turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes. Bon Appetit!
