Ingredients

squid
shrimp
cheese
wheat bread
milk
garlic
wood chips apple + oak 2h l

Cooking method

  • The squids were washed, cleaned and boiled in salted water for three minutes. Boiled the shrimps for two minutes, cooled and peeled. Dip the crumb of a white roll in milk, squeeze and mix with grated cheese, shrimps, finely chopped ears squid fins (fish soup can be fried in butter with garlic). Fill the squid carcasses with the prepared mixture, "sew up" the edge with a toothpick. Stuffed squid greased with vegetable oil, powdered with granulated garlic and laid on the grate of the smokehouse. Smoked on a combined mode for 10 + 15 minutes. Cool and cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces. Note

You can sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
