New Year's lean cake (multicooker Aurora)

Ingredients

sugar 1 glass
flour 180gram
baking powder 2 teaspoons
salt 1/4 teaspoon
cocoa 3 tablespoons
odorless vegetable oil 12 tablespoons
water 200 milliliters
vanillin taste
figs 400gram
dry red wine 0.5 liter
cinnamon taste
confectionery cream with vegetable cream 1 liter
gelatin 20gram

Cooking method

  • I made the cake, borrowing two ideas from two authors on the site "" and putting them into one. Let's get started.
  • Cut the figs into cubes, fill with wine, add cinnamon and set on low heat for about 1 hour. As a result, our wine practically evaporates, and the figs become soft. Set aside, let cool.
  • Mix dry ingredients, add oil and water. Stir well. It turns out the dough, like sour cream. Put a circle of baking paper on the bottom of the saucepan, grease the sides, pour out the dough and bake in a slow cooker for 1 hour 30 minutes. We take out the pan, let the cake cool slightly. The cooled cake (I have about 4-5 centimeters) is cut into 2 cakes.
  • Dilute gelatin according to the instructions.
  • We take 500 grams of confectionery cream (I have "To health"), beat with a mixer according to the instructions. When the cream thickens, add the gelatin.
  • Put a layer of fig jam on the cake. We put on the sliding ring (or we do everything in a split form), spread the cream, level it and put it in the freezer for about 1 hour. When the soufflé is frozen, cover with the second cake.
  • Beat the remaining cream, grease the cake and decorate as you wish.
  • From me the decorator is unimportant, so it turned out what happened.

Note

The cake is sooooo delicious. Why not pamper yourself with those who are fasting. I think everyone will like the cake. My only remark, if I may say so, for those who do not like figs or who will be irritated by the crunchy bones of this fruit, replace them with any other ones you love. It can be dried apricots and prunes.

Rita
Can you eat gelatin during fasting? It is also boiled from bones. Maybe it's better to replace it with agar-agar?

Sure you may. I have not yet reached such subtleties. You can not make a soufflé at all, but just grease it with cream. Then it will go much less. Actually, the cakes are very juicy. You can simply grease with a layer of figs or any other jam.

Thank you so much.

The recipe is good, but the fasting person is unlikely to make it.
After all, fasting is the use of simple (lean) foods, refusal of excesses, alcohol and taste ...

I was cooking. The main thing is not to eat each other in fasting. And this cake contains the whole lean set of products. Church and wine on weekends and holidays blesses. And everyone decides for himself. Yes, post is a limitation. But the whole point is how much do you eat? You can eat a bucket of simple food. Is this right ?!

Angelchik, hello! Tell me how to recalculate agar cream instead of gelatin?
ang-kay
Irina, Hi. Who knows. In my opinion, agar needs two to four times less than gelatin. But again, what kind of agar you have.I just bought it like 1200, but I came, and it is dark in color. It doesn't smell like 1200. I often think that 1 teaspoon of agar is needed for 250 ml of liquid.

What a funny cake. Externally. And before it seemed that handsome.

Angel, it's great that I reminded you of him

I don't know what kind of lean cake to make

Thank you dear!
And the fact that I have a stupor!)

It happens. Now there is such a choice of lean everything that the eyes run up.
