I got my Niser. I bought it on aukro for 259 UAH. Free shipping.
I think it's a fake. There is no word Rulsh on the button and the color is not bright green. A friend of mine ordered this from the Topshop store Different vegetable cutters (Nayser Diser, Alligator, etc.)

I cut it into thick round pieces, then it went easy. Now I will cut the pepper for freezing. I just didn’t understand why such a round seal was needed. Enlighten

I have nothing written on the button. I mean the round thing they call a signet. Why are you so fixated on the original. It seems to me that the German original is nowhere to be found. All China

In the answer # 871 on the top photo Salad Chief with a wide insert. Maybe the photo does not show the entire insert, check how many cells it has, I have -30 cells. The color is slightly darker, but the internet can distort the color.
But Nayser + was in the same packaging as in the photo, I also bought it in telemag.

Yesterday I decided to cut red peppers for freezing for the Salad Chief on a 12x12 insert. But I walked with such difficulty that I gave up this venture. And on Nayser + on the same insert, I cut everything instantly.

Ludmila, on which insert did you cut the onion? V-shaped? Cuts easily. I chop in whole rings, but if the onion is very large, then I cut it in half before reaching the end of the tail. If you need smaller, then I cut it into 4 parts at once. leaving the tail intact. But, if the bulbs are really huge, then I cut them into 2 halves completely.

Ludmila, press the button when you wash it. There will be remnants of vegetables on the top cover, put it under water and press, a plate comes out there and squeezes out the remnants, and a stream of water will wash everything away. This button is for easy cleaning.
But I did not try to cut the onion into squares, I like to chop more. What size insert were you using? 6x6?

I don't mean a button, but a round thing that is among all the attachments. I used an insert with small squares, I don't know what size they are. And when I press the button for cleaning, the plate somehow hardly comes out. I had to clean out the onion with a knife.

It is easy for me to clean, the plate comes out to the very edge.
And the round insert is for squeezing out the tomato .. Mount it on the lid, there are four pins, and there are four holes in the rate. Insert it there. Place the tomato insert on 8 slices so that the round insert hits it. There is no need to close the second half of 4 slices with anything, otherwise it will not be cut. Cut the tomatoes, if small, they will go whole, and if large, then divide so that they fit into the insert. The beauty is obtained, do not cut it with your hands.

there is a photo Salad Chief. Congratulations on your purchase. I also look at this.
But ... I'll add my fly in the ointment.
1. Onions - I cut into rings, across about 1 cm thick, and then into cubes.
2. Potatoes, too, could be halved (as convenient) And then, too, glasses on the bar.
I don't know about cabbage - it's okay.
But what about carrots and beets? What do you freeze them entirely?
Now you will cut and freeze in cubes, as it is more convenient.
Galinka-Malinka
Pichenka I cut the beets and carrots into slices and put them in the freezer, so that they could then be put into cubes and cooked for salad in AG or steamed in Cook. Since my decock hasn't broken down into cubes already.
Pichenka
I'm sorry. I somehow did not think about it. It's just that it's difficult to do something with frozen things later.
Today I looked at the black one, went to the shopping center, there is a department of all kinds of expensive things for cleaning, but not a white cat. bells and whistles are very interesting, I have not seen such anywhere else, but expensive. The manufacturer did not understand the German and French gizmos. The cutter is more than 2000t, but 3 attachments and a toothpick, like a fork with spread teeth. (I thought they were selling Swedish bells and whistles and went to find out about the alligator) but alas ...
Pichenka
I went to buy Nyserdiser +, but I understood. that I am sick, and after rereading the topic, I was glad that I was not the only one with such a diagnosis.
On the way through the store, I came across Decok. for the same price, like a salad chef (?)
🔗 🔗
The set includes:
- fruit holder
- 5 replaceable blades-attachments:
- horizontal straight knife
- knife for cutting thin long strips
- knife for cutting thin short strips
- semicircular grater
- grater for mashed potatoes
- 2 replaceable lattice knives
- for fine slicing
- for large cuts
- a colander for drying greens, vegetables and fruits
Nothing less, of course, than Chief. but also large, although maybe better than a small container.
The mill_dryer is cool, but I have an ikeevskaya one (for 200r - well, it's not a pity to give it)
Of course there are no small cubes, but 2 graters per Korean.
Here's what to do. And he is so handsome and sleek (after him, the Nice, though the penultimate one, as the saleswoman said, didn't want to take something.
Well, not oklmn? I went to bed, maybe by morning something will clear up, a decision will come?

And here they completely lost their insolence - they offer for 1450 (total).

I don’t understand how a roar from Nyser Diser + can stand. I work for them constantly. Simply, each insert needs to be used as intended. On small cubes I cut only fresh cucumbers, I get beautiful cubes (cut the cucumbers into rings of 3 cm in size, and then into a 6X6 insert). The strawberries are beautiful, and the rest of the vegetables are just boiled. And I can't get enough of the tomato insert (for 8 shares).
kirch
I agree, boiled vegetables cuts well. I thought that I would cut the onion for the manti. We have to cut the onion into plates. In advertising, they put half. I cut the peppers for freezing. I cut it quickly - this is a plus. But since the knives are still not as sharp as a regular knife, the slicing turned out to be very wet and when frozen it turned out to be a conglomerate. I will use for salads like Olivier and vinaigrette
Pichenka
I am reporting. After some thought, I decided to buy a Decok. Confused that. which takes up a lot of space.
But, since I don’t make seisas any more, I don’t make apples and I don’t process apples. And if necessary - there is a regular apple_ cutting. In general, then I do not like that and I need what cuts into 4 and 8 parts.
I've already tested everything. All cutting and grating works well on different vegetables. I liked the graters, like for Korean carrots (but 3mm and 1.6mm berning is still better).
The fact that a large capacity is reconciled and even liked it. But I put a smaller bowl inside and took it out right with it and poured out the sliced semi-finished product.
For fruit salad, all the fruits were pickled normally. All vegetables for borscht too. On eggplant sate, everything is also fine. Tomatoes cut small in half, and then into cubes.
The input is such that from the side of the pusher there are no knives. there should be a thin film - the tomato has a skin, the onion has a little skin left. So that there was something to push, and not bite right into the pulp.
That's right there somewhere posted a video where vegetables are prepared.
What did not like -
🔗
little overclocking for a grater, you need to turn this thing in order to rub towards you. But this notch is annoying, products get stuck there and do not pass, do not slide further.
Feeling that some metal inserts were inserted in the wrong direction.
After processing, I washed everything, put it in a container, put on the lid of the dryer, twisted it and everything was almost dry (I don't know if it is possible to do this). Drying is pretty powerful. 🔗
Summary my.
1. From sharp_terok_ it is better still Berning graters.
2.for cubes - Swedish alligator (or good quality nyser-diser with a running cube size - 6X6 and 12X12)
Drying for greens is also good.

perhaps. But I wrote my opinion.
For me, what is more convenient to use is better - the quality of the knives, size, ease of use, ease of washing and storage, independence from electricity, for example.
So we will again discuss which is better than a Bosh_cube or a_samurai knife.
Here, in general, we are discussing manual cutting of the type of neiser-diser and its analogues.

If on manual control, then the following cube maker turned out to be the most convenient for me:
4 types of inserts = 2 sizes of cubes + fries type sticks + apple cutter
True, for the cubes, I first cut the plates on the Berner, then several layers into this thing.
Easy to clean and disassemble!
Nayser is not very convenient for me - it is harder to rake out the container all the time and press harder compared to this.
