Girls, and which Moulinex are you so happy with?
I saw similar to a meat grinder and such
Only this is a multi-cut.

Can she handle a bucket of cabbage?
kVipoint
Here we are talking about a multi-cut, the one to which you link. It seems to me that large volumes of cabbage on it will not be very convenient to chop, since there is a narrow hole for vegetables and cabbage needs to be finely chopped in order to push it through. I really liked to make a vinaigrette in it, in 3 minutes I chopped 5 beets, 5 carrots, 4 potatoes and pickles. But, of course, I myself made smaller cubes, when I began to eat like already and got used to such. He chops cabbage quite thickly, so I would like thinner for a salad. I really liked the grater for slicing cheese and finely carrots (orange), such a thin shavings, I will gladly add this to cabbage salad
Vei
Pity, technically, Mulya will cope with a bucket of cabbage without any problems, but as you have already noticed, you will not put whole heads of cabbage there, so you must first cut it into pieces. I don’t think the throat is too narrow there, in my opinion it’s optimal. I cut not a bucket, but two large heads of cabbage without effort, I already know what size I need, I got used to doing it quickly.
And I don’t want to mess around with manual shredders and graters so much that this thought alone suits me)))
Babushka
Agree with Vei completely. Cope with a bucket without any problems. The loading hole is not small. For me personally, it is not very convenient to hold the button for a bucket of cabbage .. Therefore, for pickling, I use shredded cabbage on a multi-cutter nozzle on Bosch MUM 86 directly into a large container. And daily salads and cooking on electric grinders Moulinex or Phillips. I don't even cut 1 onion by hand.

But try here So... Fuss a little more, but the cut is very thin.

I probably got the wrong mule. I rubbed 4 kg of carrots on it for freezing, so it was one torment, the grater in front was clogged and the grater did not work well, I had to disassemble and clean it endlessly, so I am very not happy with it, it took me 40 minutes for this disgrace. I fondly recalled my old Phillips, which I gave to my friend and on which I processed 4 kg in 5 minutes without any problems. I will definitely buy myself another unit.
Bul
Yes, I am also for Mulya! I already have a year! I rub everything on it! Cheese and hard and soft - no problem! Not to mention the hard vegetables! I'm very glad that I bought it on a tip from our forum! Thanks to all! By the way, before buying, I asked in several stores and all the sellers unanimously argued that Mulya and Filia cannot be compared! And if you choose only Mulyu!

Very strange and insulting! Probably caught defective!
Masinen
Tanyusha, and I rub large volumes on kenwood.
And so I really like the mule! The fries roll is in cubes, and there is also a disc for fries on Kenwood, but the rolls are rounded.
And while you mount the Keshina grater, you don't want to do anything, and then wash it again.
It's much easier with a mule)
Admin
Filya, this is very cool! I have two of them in different versions Indeed, it rubs everything in a row, and in any quantity Without him it would be difficult to cope with a large number of vegetables for preparations - and with Fillet it is super fast
I will never buy a mulyu, I do not like mulyu

Bowing down to 1 mule.
Girls, what size of a cube does she give?
kVipoint
Pity0.95 by 0.95 cm
And chevy me-tA also fila hotstsya, so I don't know if it is necessary. I like the mulya, but here's a thinner cabbage or something for Korean carrots, a grater in it

Girls who do not yet have an electric vegetable cutter, quickly decide on the choice and purchase. This device makes it so easy. work in the kitchen.

I support! When I broke my Filia, I immediately bought ... exactly the same Filia. And everything about him suits me.
Mirabel
Girls. I have a question about Moulinex.
And for the eggplant game, do you plan vegetables on it? Something I got nk ice ... the carrots and onions are excellent, but the buckles .. something didn't work out and the bell pepper is somehow too small .. I planed everything on a cube. Maybe it was necessary on a different nozzle?
In general, I repeat, I am very pleased with both Filka and Mulka!
Admin
Filya did a very good job with vegetables for caviar, here are pictures https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1441.0, on a large lattice I cut into cubes - I liked it, for the second year I have been doing caviar slicing

pepper, eggplant, apple

even the tomatoes are gently browned

Which vegetable cutter has a Korean carrot attachment?

Yes? Then I went to self-rub the inscription on the toy I completely relaxed from the abundance of technology

Pity, Philips 1388 has a disc for Korean carrots.
Bul
My Mulya doesn't want to cut eggplants into cubes! Carrots no problem! I cut eggplant caviar with the Kenwood nozzle cubes!

I checked - I have both Phillips vegetable cutters
kVipoint
Bul, could not stand it and I tried the eggplant and was upset - it does not cut. But now I thought maybe if you clean it, there will be a result? But I no longer have eggplant. I was upset. I hope the zucchini will be cut, I really like to fry the zucchini caviar in cubes.
Bul
kVipoint, I make caviar without peel and does not cut! Zucchini can cut! It's much denser and harder than eggplant!
Bul
I specially bought a nozzle for Kenwood - a cube cutter because of the caviar! And muley is often rubbed on a red grater and potatoes in cubes on a yellow one!
Ipatiya
It turns out that the most optimal option for an electric vegetable cutter. is a Bosch cube. I underestimated him.
Vei
my mule cuts everything smartly and zucchini, and eggplants, and even withered peppers.
kVipoint
Vei, and eggplant with the skin was?
Mirabel
Vei, With the skin ??? cuts buckles? Maybe I was withered ... but I cleaned the skin.
Vei
I have everything with the skin! does anyone have a problem with this?
hmm, maybe this is due to the fact that I cut with blocks for free, and not a cube? although this should not change anything much or does it?
Lerele
Does not cut eggplants.
About washing, I already wrote that in the hole where the grater goes all the time the juices from the vegetables fall, I put the photo in the subject. If you cut potatoes, then jelly from this potato gets there.
It cuts pickled cucumbers well, except for the last pieces, but you cannot remove them from the grate, you can then knock out the leftovers when washing.
I don’t understand how you wash it with a slight movement of your hand, but inside the device, there and in front, it gets dirty, I don’t even speak about the hole, while this bed on the device itself is put in order, you will scold everything.
But the grater is rubbed well. But leaving, I don't like it. I rarely use it, only for vinaigrette and sometimes fries.
Vei
Lerele, it only gets into this hole (well, at least for me) when the outlet is already clogged. That is, it flies out onto the bowl cut from one side and supports what is still inside with a slide, and then accumulates at the outlet and all this together climbs into all the cracks. And if you periodically scroll the bowl and release the outlet with your hand (finger), then nothing goes anywhere.
Lerele
Vei, in, you reminded me that you still need to knock out with your finger, because the outlet is clogged, especially with potatoes on the salad, although I never do so much to prop up.
Summary: I like the way it rubs, but I don't like leaving.
kVipoint
Well, in general, I could not stand it again, I experimented with eggplant The slices cut perfectly not peeled, I cleaned it, I cut it into cubes perfectly, I calmed down ufff! But not peeled yet is not cut into cubes.
Vei
but I love cubes, so I didn't even try it with a cube, and that's why I was so surprised that someone didn't cut it!
Bul
I am very happy with Mule! But I really don't cut eggplants into cubes! Maybe due to the fact that they were already softish when I tried to cut! Everything was hammered into the lattice and not here and not here! And I didn't want to cut the bell pepper at all, and I decided for myself that I need this device for a grater and for potatoes in cubes
kVipoint
Bul, yes, I just peeled the potatoes with an electric catrofele peeler, while the second batch was peeling, I washed the first and cut them into cubes, then the second, in general, 10 minutes and a large pot of peeled and chopped potatoes. Lyapota ... Yes, today, again, I made Olivier a huge bowl of cubes, class. Well, maybe 3 minutes of soap, but then Olivier is ready sooo quickly, so the cubes are also very cool and cuts the onion normally, if then alternate with something. In general, I am also happy with her. So I would definitely not do Olivier, I will
Pity
Girls, and who has vegetable cutters by the type of press, such as this?
How are they?
QwaQa
Hello, dear forum users!

Please tell me what is the difference between Philips 1387 and 1388.
I tried to honestly read all the pages of this thread, I did not master
I wanted black, it is on sale under the number 1387.
Red 1388.
After reading your reviews I got completely confused.
In 1387 there is no attachment for fries and at the same time the photo reviews here are black, 1388, a cast disc, not an insert.
Help me figure it out, please.
Sorry for the confusion, there is a mess in my head.
Maybe 1388 are black and red?
The 1388 fries alloy wheel or insert?

Thank you!
Zima
I have a red alloy wheel for fries.

Thanks for your feedback!
I would like to know if 1388 are available in two colors.
The price for 1387 and 1388 is the same, it is strange if there is one more nozzle in 1388.
The power is the same.
gala10
QwaQa, at first 1388 with an "extra" disk cost even cheaper than 1387. Nobody could explain why.
QwaQa
gala10,

Thank you!

Again I look at the description of both that and that in the Internet stores.
found a detailed description of both.
with disk 1388 and only red, sorry, I wanted black.
probably at first they were two colors.
well, okay, I'll take the red one.
time to sour cabbage
and on little things I think it will do.
poglazowa2011
Much has been written about cutting eggplants on the Mule, but Phillips can handle eggplants? I want Filia mainly for summer preparations, because I prepare them on an "almost industrial" scale. Has anyone tried it?
Babushka
poglazowa2011Phillips cuts the eggplant perfectly. Here are some examples:

On the julienne attachment:

Here is on the tower from Philips Homecooker, but used a fries attachment from the usual Philips:

Thank you very much for such a detailed answer! Everything, I definitely take Filia!
Babushka
poglazowa2011, good luck! Hope you won't be disappointed! And I use both Mulinex and Phillips all the time.
Vei
Filya will appear soon too, I will share my impressions
kVipoint
Vei, but I nevertheless bought Phil to Mula, I think you will like it. On Mula I make cubes and cubes, the rest is almost everything on fillets.
