Anna, thanks for the recipe! There are never too many salads on holidays.
RusAnna
It's delicious, especially on the second day.
Leska
RusAnna, and should the avocado be slightly unripe for this salad?
RusAnna
Leska, I had it unripe this time, so crispy. Rubbed well on a grater. Before that, they were mature. There is not much difference. Unripe crunch.

I am very interested in how this set of products can be grated on a Korean grater, especially avocado
It's soft! And the immature is something inedible
RusAnna
Quite edible. Very ripe Avocado can be sliced with a knife.
MariV
It may be edible, but not at all healthy - unripe. Do avocados grow in Austria?
RusAnna
Mariv, Avocado is a tropical fruit and does not grow in Austria.

RusAnna , Your salad is very original and, for sure, delicious.
The name confuses me - it has nothing to do with Austrian cuisine.
RusAnna
The title is not mine. I wrote that the recipe was taken from the cook. There is a salad "Austrian", mine is probably a derivative of it. As for the name, I completely agree with you - this salad has nothing to do with Austrian cuisine.

And the name does not bother me, I put the recipe in bookmarks.

RusAnna, is it better to take a sour apple ??? (I want to do it for the new year)
I like these salads, I made them in advance and bring the beauty calmly while the salad is infused.

I was not confused by either the composition or the name. I'm purple as it is called, if only it was delicious. I was confused only by the cutting of this set of products on a Korean grater and an unripe avocado, which, when not ripe, is not quite tasty. I think cubes will be better.
RusAnna
Marusya, this time I took the apple Grushovka sweet, but in general I love with sweet and sour.
Caprice. I don’t understand why hard cheese, apple and avocado cannot be grated on a Korean grater. Not ripe avocado with a nutty flavor, only slightly crunchy, I sprinkled it with lemon so as not to darken.
I also made this salad in bowls here is a photo, you can see the ingredients after the Korean grater.

Well, excuse me, I live in a country where avocado grows, and I have some idea about its use. It's like an unripe apple that tastes like grass. It seems like an apple - but it's not tasty to eat. Rubbing apples on a Korean grater and cheese (I won't say anything about tuna at all), firstly, the integrity of the slicing will be violated when stirring (this is not a solid product, like carrots or radishes), and washing the Korean grater after cheese is a below average pleasure. I don’t wash Burner in the dishwasher, so as not to spoil the steel.

Read the recipe carefully: the tuna is kneaded, the salad is stacked in layers and does not mix. My Korean grater is the most common and washes without problems.
Well, about the avocado: it so happened that I had it solid, green. I had to do with what we have.
Just a man asked, answered as it was. That's all. I don’t see a disaster in this and don’t emphasize what should be done with the immature.

Anna, thanks for the recipe!
Name of salad with cons. fish on hearing since the times of the USSR. I will definitely cook with other fish.
RusAnna
Thanks Lena. Now I really like tuna in salads, you can probably also with pink salmon.
Elenka
Thanks for the advice, and I will.

This is your soft avocado, as it should be. Only - about this. And in our country, for example, in the land of evergreen tomatoes, it is now OAK in the middle of winter, and in summer it is no better. I was just thinking where to fit such 5 steel pieces. So they are on the Korean grater easily.

The avocado ripens when left to rest.

When an avocado is not completely oak to death, it ripens, and sometimes it is sold that everything is oak for a week, or even worse, it will turn black inside (maybe frozen is already being sold). In general, I just love ripe avocado, I always use it instead of butter in sandwiches. But the required degree of softness often happens in the summer.

Avocado is actually a winter product. It ripens by winter. It can lie for more than a week if necessary. A week ago, my husband plucked avocados from a tree, hard as stones.I, too, are lying on the balcony, ripening In your climate, probably, let it ripen at room temperature. I used to wrap them in a newspaper, but now I don't bother with it, they just lie in a basin. True, sometimes it happens that it turns black. Can be cut and used. As for the frostbitten ones, I don't know, we don't have this easy.

It seems to me that you can grind food the way you like. Well, you don't want to grate on a Korean grater - grate on a regular grater, the taste will probably be the same. And avocado can be simply chopped with a knife or kneaded. I usually eat soft, ripe food, we sell these, although we live in Siberia ...
