Good day!
Today I bought this PHILIPS HD 3039 Miracle saucepan as a gift to my parents for the New Year. BUT !!! DID NOT RESIST !!!
Immediately my son (19 years old) began to prepare pork goulash for them according to the recipe for the multicooker "beef goulash". Unfortunately, she herself did not wait for the result - she went home (to cook), but my son said that "it was very well cooked and delicious, only for pork, the time needed is not 2 hours as in the recipe for beef, but 1.5 hours."
I can't post pictures - no ... So, the first experience - and immediately successful!
REQUEST: who has recipes and reviews for this multicooker - share it !!!!
Suslya
Congratulations on the cartoons! We gave such a mommy for her birthday, every day she calls me and says thank you almost the whole book has been re-cooked, she really likes fish, beans, chicken with honey and lemon, and the pastries there are excellent.
Suslya
if you are interested, I can give a link to a file hosting service, I put a book there for 39 model (but you have it), and now I threw another one, it is more suitable for model 36, but this is nonsense, you can adjust it to 39, there is not a big difference , my mother made Bites from her in a village style, and Pangasius under orange sauce, she said that she should also taste deliciously outrageously, well, she praises it ..

Only my mummy is unlikely to experiment - I actually gave them the multicooker with my father because her state of health at the moment does not allow standing, walking or sitting for a long time (especially in the postoperative period). BUT: I can use your advice and adapt the recipes for her.

Suslya, Since you know, a couple more questions:
1. in 3039 there is no "porridge" mode, is the "stewing" mode with a time of 1 hour suitable for milk porridge?
2. If you put the ingredients for ordinary cabbage soup in a slow cooker and set the "stewing" mode for 1.5 or 2 hours - will you get cabbage soup? (actual - mom can't stand for a long time).
Thank you in advance.

congratulations on your purchase! Your cartoon is a kind of "successor" to the DEX DMC-50, so you can see a lot of tips in the dex branch. And at the address https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...=com_smf&topic=89830.2600 The answer is 2604 there is even a comparison of your cartoon and dex-50. As for the porridge, it is recommended to use the EXTINGUISH mode, nothing runs away. Cabbage soup (as well as the rest of the first courses) goes well in the same mode. If with a bone, then 1.5 hours is quite enough, and sometimes I cook a saucepan of broth, divide it into several trays and into the freezer. When I need the first one, I throw in one "bouillon cube" in the cartoon, add whatever is there according to the recipe, add water and an excellent soup-borscht for stewing in 1 hour. If you pre-fry vegetables, then it is very desirable to defrost the frozen ingredients beforehand, but do not throw them immediately into a hot pan, otherwise the non-stick coating does not tolerate sudden changes in temperature. Maybe a little chaotic, if you ask something I forgot to add that I have a Phillips 3077/40

Although I am not Suslya, I dare to answer. On the site (this is such an online store in Ukraine) there is a video from your MV how it cooks milk porridge in the "Porridge" mode. Well, there is, of course, not only about porridge. Look, they are short, these videos.

To your health! There is a Phillips branch on the bread maker https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=177272.0 come in, can anyone else tell me what
Nochenyka
Speaking of today's cooking.

Today I cooked pilaf on my parents' multicooker, slightly adjusted the amount of meat, rice and water (because this amount is enough for them):
in the recipe - 500 gr of meat, 3 measuring glasses of rice, 6 measuring glasses of water
I took - 400 grams of meat, 2 measuring glasses of rice, 4 measuring glasses of water; onions, carrots, spices - as in the recipe, "rice / buckwheat" mode on "rice by default" 40 minutes (did not wait 1 hour). The cooking method is the same as in the recipe.

It turned out delicious, not greasy and juicy, they knew how "for a sweet soul" !!!
BUT I decided (for my taste) that I need to reduce the salt and add spices and some homemade canned tomatoes. But this is for my taste - the rest (father, mother and my son) liked everything so much

And again, without a photo, well, I don't remember about the fotik, when I go to cook for them ...

It's great when everything works out! Many dishes in the cartoon come out better than on the stove, and the time savings are considerable, that's why the users of the cartoon consider their assistants just members of the family. I wish you more tasty treats!

Oh, for sure, there you need to slowly figure it out, I was also going to set aside an hour for mastering for a long time, but then it was easy to use the knurled pattern.Somewhere I met that it is possible to place pictures in the gallery on the bread maker itself, I still can't find

Not at all, of course. In the video, the aunt demonstrates how she prepares exactly milk porridge and just on your model. On the "Rice, buckwheat" mode.

Here's a link. There are several videos with different recipes. Charlotte, milk porridge, something else.

I will clarify a little the previous speakers, I described the comparison of Phillips and his ancestor Dax 50 here - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=89830.0.
To all owners of Phillips 3039 - you can feel free to contact the Dax 50 topic with questions, there are a lot of owners, the cartoon has been on the market for 2 years now, we will definitely tell you what's what. These are not just similar multicooker, this is the same multicooker, only now it is produced by another company with its own branded saucepan. So you are welcome!

There is no suitable program, but you can cook yogurt in any multicooker, using it as a thermos. After all, MV keeps warm well. Just dissolve the starter culture in milk of the required temperature, pour it into jars and place it in the MV, in water heated to the same temperature as the milk. Close the lid and do not open it until it is supposedly done (time depends on the leaven). When it thickens - in the refrigerator.
Suslya
girls, how are your saucepans? Mom called today, complaining that a grid of small cracks went along the bottom for bullshit, eh? she was so upset, she is so in love with this cartoon, she will not really praise ... but here ...

The most interesting thing is that there is a sticker on the multicooker - and it says on it that you can make yogurt, but it is not written how ...

Hello, welcome to your ranks !!! After reading all the reviews, at first I decided to take the cartoon Studlet forms, but then we went to rest and saw Phillips 3039 with friends, I liked it very well and decided to take it, I tried to cook something already. Today I decided to cook a chicken in honey, with tomato paste (my sister gave the recipe), but she has a Panasonic cartoon and I don’t know which mode is better to cook. Together, we thought to put it first on the "rice / buckwheat" mode, and then a little on Frying. What do you advise?
Torch
with the purchase! I cook the chicken on "frying" until golden brown, and then on baking.
Anchik
In a couple of days we will have one like this ... My mom doesn't like to spend a lot of time cooking and we decided to give her a birthday present. Only now I feel that until I play enough myself, I won't let my mother come to her.
Caramel
Lozja, in the topic about multicooker I read your message that yoghurt can be cooked in any multicooker (I have a philips hd3039): "There is no suitable program, but you can cook yogurt in any multicooker, using it as a thermos. Hello.
My cartoon is over a year already, I adore it, now I'm making stew while I'm writing, pizzas, soups - I generally forgot about the stove. BUT! I don’t get biscuits at all ((((If at first they were still somehow raised, now it’s a porous dense crust. Recipes are proven, I don’t grease the sides with oil. There is no baking powder in the original recipes, therefore, I don’t lay it - this is not a biscuit already But others do it!
Katko
This cartoon lived well with me as a second ... I cooked cabbage soup and meat in it and other things ... I want to share not that ...
Thanks to our bakery together, I once thought about purchasing a slow cooker, studied all the topics ... the Stew in cartoons mode is my favorite, I cook a lot of things on it ... and so ... along the way I read the trade forum on cartoons and you know the type by chance I came across this:

Simmering mode Multicooker Philips HD3039 when you select a cooking time of 5 hours or more, it switches to Simmering mode (Slow cooker)

It has been checked repeatedly: it really heats up even less than just Stewing, amazing broths are obtained, the meat just melts in the mouth, the cereal steamed amazingly ... in short - SUPER
noticed that even the dot opposite the selected mode disappears
of the obvious pluses is that you can charge the timer, and how convenient the timer is tripled in Phillips is finally a fairy tale

yes, of course the bowl is not made of ceramics, however, there are differences from the simple Stewing mode, I cannot compare with the version cooked in a slow one - but I hope I can soon make comparative tests .. well, that is, I'll buy a slow one after all)))

I will gather my strength and thoughts (the photos are already ready for a long time) and lay out my variation of pilaf on a fat tail and with the meat of a young Astrakhan lamb .. if the camut is interesting of course
Sofiya31
katko, Katerina, Hello. Tell me how does groats work here? To boil off? And is it correct? And then in 3134 everyone writes that water remains and the rice is not ready? Are you still happy with the cartoon and how does the bowl behave?
Katko
Tatyana, yes, the Rice / Buckwheat mode works quite correctly, it cooks crumbly cereals, the cereals are well boiled
for the best result, I brought it out for myself: it is better to put on the timer to get a natural beading, well, I read about the correct digestion of cereals))
cartoons are still very happy, the coverage is complete
I really like the version of the Slow cooker (I also have one, but often busy) it is the long-term .. this is the Quenching mode after 5 hours, it goes into slow cooking ... but on Quenching it still boils, compared to Panas
in general, I like all modes
I can recommend the cartoon not unfounded)) I have it constantly in my work)
there will be more questions - I will gladly help
Sofiya31
Katerina, Thank you so much . And baking is like frying (it fries well or like Panas 10, if you have one). And fry on cereals and if so, then strongly?
Katko
Tatyana, yes, I have Panas 18, he is one of the first that was going to Tae
Panasy 680 W, and Filipok 920 seems to be .. so it is faster
I have not observed frying cereals even once
Even when I didn’t set the timer before
Buckwheat is so crumbly, cool)
Sofiya31
Katerina, thanks, that means a good cartoon.
ob432
Good day!
Please share the recipe book electronically for the HD3039 if anyone has one. I have not it. So, of course, nothing complicated, but it would be more convenient to master with a book.
Thank you!
Katko
ob432, believe me, there are so many recipes on this forum, no instructions can be compared)
the modes are approximately similar in Cartoons, it is not necessary to look for it specifically for your model)
yes, in fact, special recipes are not required, cook as usual, with the only difference that you do not need to stand nearby)

Cabbage soup stewed

last night I put two decent beef mosles to languish (good ones, one with a brain, on the second measka decently, I used to languish on a half-pot myself for 6 hours, but buy myself)
in the morning, an excellent transparent broth is ready, hot more ... I salted, turned on the Stewing, it boils the Phillips even on it, well, to heat it up a little, I cut carrots, onions, potatoes and cabbage, threw a briquette of frozen tomatoes from the freeze, put in a small hot pepper.
Turned on the Simmering Slow brewing mode and through the outlet timer for 3 hours
I'll come home from work in the evening, I'll have dinner still hot
