Nut pie In 5 minutes

Ingredients

wheat flour 1 tbsp.
sugar 3/4 Art.
soft butter 100 g
walnuts 150 g
vanilla sugar 2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
egg 2 pcs.
milk 125 ml
glass 250 ml
mold with a diameter of 22 cm

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs with a mixer in a lush foam, gradually add vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Combine flour with nuts and baking powder. Melt the butter and pour into the mixture in a thin stream, whisking.
  • In the egg-oil mixture, gradually add the nut-flour mixture and milk, mix everything well. Grease the form with oil, pour out the dough. You can cover the bottom with parchment paper to make it easier to remove the cake.
  • We bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 25-30 minutes, until a "dry match". Cool the finished pie in a mold, remove. You can sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into pieces.
  • I baked in a multi-cooker Dex-50 for 45 minutes + 10 minutes on heating, nothing covered the bottom.

Note
