Help me choose a bread maker according to my needs

I want to make bread myself at home, not buy:

1 white bread,
2 white raisin bread,
3 black bread.
4 I also want the bread maker to have a special container for additives - a dispenser,
5 want to be able to save my recipes,
6 I want to change the baking and settling times myself,
Please advise the HAPPY BAKERY OWNERS COMRADES - which bread maker has all these functions, as well as what other function is desirable!
Looking forward to it !!

I have not seen this in the store, I am now thinking about:
bork x800 or kenwood bm450 ....... ??
But at Kenwood I read here like bucket problems - they break.
And they don't write about bork here.
I judge solely by the instructions that I read.
Advise who has which stoves?
But isn't it possible to do what I want in all bread makers?

Better than the owners of this HP, no one will answer you, contact them in the relevant topic. MariV gave you a link, I will repeat it again, more specifically:

Maruska, about the choice of bread makers HERE.

so I got this miracle!

Have questions:
1 what are gluten and gluten-free breads?
2 what is serum and how is it made?
3 how to calculate the amount of flour itself relative to the amount of liquid (total amount of liquid: milk, eggs, water)? - how to calculate the time of the drink or the program in relation to this? PS the menu book is awful!

4 What is the difference between sifted flour and non-bleached flour - - in one recipe?
5 What is the difference between malt extract and dry rye malt?
6 how does light molasses differ and what does it affect from just molasses?
7 what is the difference between baking powder and soda - can it be replaced?

Everything has already been written, rewritten! Read, understand and fill everyone with new recipes
Which stove did you choose?

Can I just continue this topic?) I also want to buy HP, but I don't know which one ...
Here I look at Bork, but according to the reviews I read here, which is very problematic. Maybe you can advise the HP, which is easy to use ... no need to twist something to brown the crust ... I just have a baby now, there will be no time to do this. I just want to drop the recipe as they write, and come to the finished one. Well, plus, so that there is probably an opportunity to look at the recipes here ... And if possible, then also bake rye bread.
And I also think, is it worth buying with a viewing window or not? I don't want to bother closing the foil too.A friend has a Panoosonic 257, I liked the bread, but maybe new interesting models have already come out.
And I look like the new model Moulinex RZ710130 Bread Maker has come out. But I didn't find any reviews about her.
Creamy
Buy Panasonic 2501 and you will be happy!
Mashulya1
Creamy, and why did you decide 501 and 502 model?
Creamy
Well, if only the color of the bread maker matches the color of the buckles on your purse (if your entire kitchen is designed in stainless high-tech style), then, of course, you should take 2502.

Thank you!
I read and questions arise:

... Admin moderator -For baking, it is advisable to have hard water, since the salts in hard water affect the formation of gluten, strengthen it, the dough made from weak flour becomes drier. ...
When water is boiled, calcium and magnesium bicarbonates dissolved in it turn into insoluble carbonates and precipitate ...
? - so why not boil water, but I read in a book that only boiled boiled? AND HOW ARE YOU??
? Can't you make whey from store milk?

And another question I can't find a grate (for cooling bread) anywhere. Where is it taught ??
sazalexter
Maruska Do not boil water, you can do without whey, it is pampering. The grill fits from the microwave.

you can do without serum, pampering it.

Well, I would not say that this is pampering The fact that whey affects the rise of the dough, the porosity of the crumb - this does not even need to be proved, it is enough to try to bake and compare once

And in general, the use of any components of bread, except flour and water, is pampering, but how great is it to bake bread with various additives! And every time a new taste, new bread!

For example, I have a Panasonic SD 2501 bread machine: I have everything I need, except for the ability to save recipes !!! If only you write them (recipes) in a book! I have been using it for about a year: I have never failed, pah-pah-pah, I like the coating very much, there is a special stirrer for making rye bread, there are really few recipes in the book, and I almost never use them !!! In general, I advise !!! I looked at the reviews on it on all sorts of different forums, positive sea, and the price is acceptable !!!

Choose a bread maker based on the recipes you want to cook. For example, if you like black bread, you need a bread maker that has such a program or a bread maker with the possibility of self-programming. Good luck.

rectangular baking dishes are often completed with grates on legs. These grates are ideal for bread - rectangular, raised high enough above the table surface.

Unboiled water is definitely better for dough (my grandmother told me this - without any bread makers, she interfered with her hands and baked in the oven-stove). Serum is the same. The bread is fluffier, softer and probably more nutritious
You can make whey from the store - only it is increasingly made from powdered milk (if at all from it) and it turns out that this whey is not what you need.

Well, yes, I have already walked 3, nowhere.

If there is definitely no grate - you can put the bread on a cake pan or any other rigid shape - the bottom will be ventilated. In general, you can just wrap it in a towel and leave it on the table.
