In the oven like flooded Pekla began to swell in all directions in silicone molds, did not heat them up in advance and did not lubricate them with anything, rinsed them slightly with water, poured them almost on the bottom - by a tablespoon, the result is in the photo))) I started with convection at 220 (I have a maximum on baking) ), after 15 minutes I set it to 180 - for another 15 minutes, but overdried it a bit - it was possible to get it in 10-12 minutes - probably, if the dough is poured as little as mine, 10 minutes is enough.As an experiment in the second batch, I immediately added grated Parmesan to the dough - of course, you can eat it, but they are not so high, although they are perforated - it reminded me of the pizza dough - she didn't like the edges of it, as a result, with Parmesan, although these with a tailed beast immediately diminished. But the original recipe will be baked unambiguously - the puffs are very hollow inside, ideal for filling, if necessary, although they are eaten immediately empty.
