Girls, Gourmet dishes are on the Simaland online store, there really needs to be collected goods for a certain amount, but I think that this restriction is not about us, we have another problem, there was enough for everyone
Song
The Gourmet has his own online store, salda (tochru), where you can buy these dishes, as well as find out about all the stores selling them.

Thank you Ilya Nikolaevich! It would be just wonderful if there were such a store in Moscow!
And not only in Moscow ...

The main thing is to choose the right heating mode

How to choose the heating mode (on a microgrill, on a mini-grill and on a regular smooth steel surface)?

Is KUKHAROM planning to produce pans of smaller diameter (16-18 cm) with microgrill?

Somewhere on the forum I read that you can turn to you with any frying pan (most importantly steel and smooth) for processing the frying surface for a microgrill (or minigrill ???). If so, where should I go? Thank you
Maikla
Good afternoon, all members of the forum!

The other day, as they say in passing, I bought a Scovo Cardinal frying pan, so heavy. At home, after reading the reviews, I realized that Scovo is a very short-lived tableware. Anyone have a positive experience with this cookware?

I have not positive, did not last long, about one and a half years.

Nata1500,
How to choose the right heating is described in the instructions for the dishes. Nothing super complicated and beyond natural. Frying pans with micro grill with a diameter of 18 and 20 cm. will appear in the lineup of the Lotus series approximately in July. Yes, we did micro-grill the surface with Zwilling (3-ply) and Zepter pans.
Nata1500
mr.Catlery, thanks for answering all the questions))
What can you say about the Fissler original profi collection? in terms of cost, it is significantly higher than other fissler lines. Maybe you have a cut somewhere by chance?
Can I come to you with WMF and Zepter for micro grill?
Nata1500
mr.Catlery, to you, as a stainless steel specialist, a question about pancakes

So I warmed up my frying pan (a large drop rolls over it, does not evaporate and does not scatter into small ones), then I reduced the heat, greased it with oil with a brush and pour out the pancake dough. The pancake is fried, does not stick, but the first always turns out to be on the verge of being burnt (although it does not burn), all the other pancakes are excellent without changing anything. Is there any trick for the first pancake or to accept? And at what temperature is it correct to heat the pan - at maximum, then decrease or at medium and then decrease?
P.S. Glass-ceramic plate. But the parents have gas. Therefore, if there are any differences, I will be grateful for a detailed answer))
mr.Catlery
Nata1500
There is an old Russian saying "the first pancake is always lumpy". If this is natural, it refers more to a cast-iron frying pan. And to a greater extent to adhesion. For some reason, this is not observed on my gas, the first pancake does not differ from the rest. Heating exclusively "by eye", uh, purely in time. It seems to me that your frying pan is overheating for the first time. Then, due to cooling with the dough, the temperature stabilizes and everything goes well. My second stove is induction, so it's hard for me to say how it happens on the highlight, I've never tried it. Of course, a lot depends on the burner, its power. Everything must be selected empirically. Try different powers and times.
Wit
Do you mind if I'm a little smart?
"The first pancake" is not a lump, but a coma (to whom, not how). That was the name of the bears in the old days. More details - here: 🔗 ... There are many letters.

Martha
M @ rtochkaI am a real longtime Gourmet user, the dishes are very good. There was a case very badly burned a frying pan cleaned easily.
mr.Catlery
Wit,
Yes, to completeness to you Do not read Soviet newspapers in the morning (c) ... I recommend: Mikhelson's Big Explanatory and Phraseological Dictionary (original spelling) see 🔗
M @ rtochka
Martha, Thank you
I settled on their pans. I just wanted to buy it in the nearest store, but there, it turns out, they sell them without covers. They offered me a suitable size glass from some other manufacturer. And then the seller began to tell that the Gourmet dishes are better than Amet, because they are made of "medical steel", and Amet is from 18/10
In general, I will order on the Internet a frying pan with a native lid. So many people who are satisfied with the Gourmet ... You can even say that I have not noticed a single negative review.
Do you have a Classic frying pan?
Wit
mr.Catlery

I also recommend that you read about Belorussian holiday "Komoeditsa". We will not argue about this in the topic about dishes. And to quarrel - even more so
Martha
M @ rtochka, Frying pans "Elite", brazier "Classic". I like all series of Gourmet, that the pots and pans have plump walls and bottom. I have been using it for 5 years or maybe it hasn't turned black and stained anymore. I plan to buy another small "pro" pot.
k @ wka
And I want to tell you about the lids of the "Kuhar" pots. I have a Magnolia Classic with glass lids.
So, the configuration of these lids is such that if you follow strictly according to the instructions, that is, cook something with a minimum amount of water and on a minimum heat, then they behave wonderfully. All the evaporated moisture is collected under the dome of the lid and neatly flows back into the bowl, does not splash or spit. It is also convenient that you can peep through the glass of the cooking process.
To be honest, I am very pleased with Kuhar. And they look very presentable, and it is a pleasure to cook in them.
Nata1500
mr.Catlery, thanks, I will continue to change the degree of heating and time. And I understood correctly, it is not necessary to warm up to a running drop?
M @ rtochka
mr.Catlery, tell me, please, do the Gourmet pans differ from each other in some way? It is functional. Elite, Pro and Classic. Other than the lids and handles, are they otherwise the same?
Martha, here you have a frying pan and a brazier from different series, what's the difference? If there is
Martha
M @ rtochka, Functionally no different, just different names. And the Profi has a matte surface, which also does not affect the functionality.

And then the seller began to tell that the Gourmet dishes are better than Amet, because they are made of "medical steel", and Amet is from 18/10
What the seller said is not true, the usual bazaar chatter about "medical steel". The myth about "medical steel" was invented, if my memory serves me right, by the Zepteroids, in the last century. And since then, this bike has been walking around the bazaar tableware dealers. 18/10 is a non-standardized designation for stainless steels of the austenitic class (non-magnetic) that is not established by current standards. Vitesse and many other domestic brnedmakers use, for example, such a conventional designation for dishes, in fact, made of steel grades 202 and 201 according to AISI.In the case of AMET and Gurman from VSMPO, we are talking about the usual normal, standard grade 304 according to AISI, moreover, both Amet and Gurman are made of exactly the same stainless steel of the same grade, produced by the same enterprise (!) South Korean concern POSCO. This is the only Asian enterprise that is not subject to import anti-dumping duties, the introduction of which was lobbied by the domestic ChMK, although it itself does not produce such material (of such thickness). The products of these manufacturers look different due to the difference in the features of their manufacturing technology and, in particular, grinding, polishing and the method of manufacturing TRS.

Please tell me, are the Gourmet pans different from each other? It is functional. Elite, Pro and Classic. Other than the lids and handles, are they otherwise the same?
Somewhere here earlier, I already wrote that Gourmet has only one basic type of container, that is, there are no differences between the series except for handles and lids. The type of external polish (matte or mirror) is purely who likes what, without any specific functional load.
Quote: Nata1500
And I understood correctly, it is not necessary to warm up to a running drop?
Well, actually, yes. If the first pancake is clearly overcooked (darkens a lot), then the matter is most likely in preheating.

The myth about "medical steel" was invented, if my memory serves me, there are also Zepteroids,

If you remember, Ilya Nikolaevich, then not unknown to us character L (God bless her!) used to say that Zepter's pots are made of steel used in the space industry ("space steel"). Attempts to convince her that this is the same 18/10 steel did not lead to anything. However, as in everything else that she carried.
selenа
I'm already confused 18/10 good or bad
Wit
WELL!!!
mr.Catlery
Yes, I remember, there was such a colorful character with a suitcase Only in those dishes it was not space steel, but the price ... Now Zepter dishes are made of steel grade 316 and only for the reason that it was "not like everyone else."

It is not clear what, from 201 to 316 steel grades. It can be anything, if we are talking about dishes made in China.

Steel 18/10 is a wonderful steel!

Steel 18/10 is a wonderful steel!
This is not a specific steel grade, but a symbol for a whole group of austenitic (non-magnetic) steels.
Nata1500
I have an ikeevsky ladle, kind of cheaper steel. He behaves very well in operation, he is already 6 years old: I forgot it on the stove more than once, washed it and further without defects.
mr.Catlery
Ikeevsky cookware is a cookware of the 18/0 type - the same symbol for a group of ferritic (magnetic), nickel-free stainless steels. In the case of Ikea cookware, this is specifically steel grade 430.
M @ rtochka
Finally I have a new thing
We got to the Moscow store, there were no Classic pans, they took the lid and the Tramontinovsky knife. And already near the house a frying pan, which has been sold here for a long time without a lid.

It is possible that these are pans from different delivery times. The price of Gourmet dishes has grown due to imported raw materials

The aluminum cauldrons of Kukmar were praised here.
Owners, tell me, please, do you have them coated or not? And how long do they serve?
Interested in small, 4 liters maximum. On their website there are different ones: uncoated aluminum, coated (black, white), iron, glass covers.
Any feedback would be helpful
Nugira
I have a brazier with a white coating and a glass lid, for 3 liters, though not a cauldron. In use for a year, regularly. The truth is not mine in the PMM, but there it does not stick with hands for about 20 seconds, no damage to the coating has yet been noticed. I'm glad. Mom was given a 3-liter cauldron with a black coating and a metal lid. She is also happy, the coating is intact and behaves well.

I have a 3.5 liter coated and metal lid. About 2 years, maybe more, I don't remember. Really like. Coating ok
M @ rtochka
I don't understand then why in my Kukmarovskaya pot the coating peeled off at the bottom so quickly. Either the coating in the pans is different, or my home ones have scratched.
Nugira, kirch, Thank you!
We want to give our mother-in-law and ourselves a gift, order something beautiful colored from them.
While a little confused - pots, braziers, cauldrons. In theory, you can choose any shape, probably. In any, you can cook porridge, pilaf, and anything in general.
Nugira
My Tradition is light.
mr.Catlery
Tradition light with Whitford Eterna finish.
"Eterna has exceptional non-stick properties that last for a very long time. But, at the same time, dishes with this coating require careful handling - it has less scratch and abrasion resistance than other premium brands."
Sapphire
How does the Kukmarovsky saucepan differ from the brazier? Line "Marble" 5-layer is it better? You can wash in the dishwasher no higher than 50 degrees, it says in the care booklet. and small scratches and small abrasions of the product that have appeared during operation do not affect the non-stick properties of the coating, the dishes remain absolutely safe for health. how does it feel about advertising and nothing personal?
mr.Catlery
This is not an advertisement, but an instruction manual, in which the manufacturer specifies the conditions and restrictions during operation. Small scratches are really inevitable and do not affect the non-stick properties and safety of the cookware. It's another matter if the coating begins to deteriorate (peel off). Kukmar has non-stick coatings from two well-known European manufacturers, which are found on many other brands of cookware. Aluminum frying pans, that is, they differ from others only in terms of shape and price. In the Kukmara catalog it is written that this line uses an internal non-stick coating C2 + further you should look. what kind of coverage is it, for example, 🔗... C2 + has a thickness of 30 microns. and refers to coatings middle level... That is, you should not expect special miracles from premium coverage. Information about 3/5/6/7 and more layers is not some kind of quality characteristic of the coating. The same C3, for example, is better than C2 + in terms of abrasion in that it is simply thicker.
M @ rtochka
It turns out that the most reliable coating is the Modern series. Marble is a little worse (so to speak).
mr.Catlery, thanks for the link to the catalog! I figured out that the dishes with a decorative coating are not covered with anything inside. Interesting ... Maybe it's even better, there is nothing to peel off)
Sapphire, their saucepans are all the same in shape, as I understand it. Top diameter 300 mm, height 85 mm, and bakelite handles (or in the form of a frying pan with a handle). And braziers of different sizes. Those that are 3 liters are very similar to saucepans.
It is a pity that the dimensions of the bottom of the saucepan are not indicated. I found a 3-liter brazier - 360x290x85. It turns out the bottom is 290 mm ??? Something sooo wide.

I still can't brag, I've been using my long-awaited frying pan for three whole days.
All the same, I got it !!! Now at last she is mine - Orchid
On the first day, I fried fish and chicken.
Very happy!
I made a conclusion - I need a set of these dishes (in the sense of getting rid of my "inconsistency", and pick up the required amount and displacement). I will think about when and through whom to do this again in the future. The opportunity may not appear soon ...
Thanks to Natasha (Arka) for help in buying, and a separate one to Ilya Nikolaevich for information and "enlightenment".

Lyrical digression on the topic:
My son saw how I brought the box, take out the pan, and he says:
- "Oooh!" Cookies "have already been bought, we are going to buy" hotties "...!"
"Varkami" he calls all my units, -
- micro cooker (microwave oven), multicooker, dolly cooker, pizza cooker, grill cooker, dryer, pancake cooker, etc.
- "Now, - grit, - we need multifrying buy urgently, but how to live? "...

Ridiculous, unequivocally ... (But you eat everything, it’s good, it’s bursting behind your ears)

That's how I live!

Thank you Creamy for pointing at the frying pan and mr.Catlery for the catalog and consultations on Kukmarovskaya utensils. I ordered in a store in our area, they carry Kukmara, even advised sellers about coatings. Brought almost at Internet prices

Daria, congratulations on your purchase! A very nice brazier, and the volume is good!
Dasha, what is the diameter of the bottom of the brazier?
M @ rtochka
Thank you!!
I chose a smaller volume. But the brazier looks great! I even twisted a 3.5-liter cauldron in my hands, it seemed that it was smaller, not so massive or something. But it also seemed to be thinner.
The bottom is 22 cm. I advise the site if dimensions are important: 🔗
On others, even office. sites, here the dimensions are not indicated, but here you can see.

Ilya Nikolaevich, thank you so much for your advice here! And for making such high-quality and beautiful dishes! Today I received a package from St. Petersburg with my order - two pots (2 and 3 liters) and a frying pan with a micro grill. Satisfied from ear to ear
