Candy "Rainbow Christmas trees"

Category: Confectionery
Lollipops Rainbow Christmas trees

Ingredients

Colorful lollipops 100-150 g

Cooking method

  • These are the very simple and very New Year's sweets for our little ones. Everything is elementary: put a cookie cutter on an oiled piece of foil, and lollipops in it
  • 🔗 🔗 🔗
  • and send to heated up to 200about oven for 3-4 minutes. Make sure that the caramel only melts, but does not boil!
  • 🔗
  • Cool and gently remove the finished Christmas tree from the mold. Holiday greetings !

Seeing the finished picture, I realized that the scale was not clear, the figures look large. In fact, both the plate and the candle are small, so I decipher:

By the way, sticks can be inserted into the lollipops, but this must be done before the caramel has completely frozen, therefore, it is fraught with distortion of the candy and burns!

I already recognize the hand of the Master even from the small photo in the left corner of the forum

But such lollipops were always sold by our grandmothers near the circus when I was my childhood, and I was forbidden to buy with the argument - do you know what these aunts cook such cockerels on a stick? (can they wash their feet in this basin? ). So now we can cook them ourselves, right?

shl. and sell under the circus

Thank you for the recipe !!!
Just the other day, the children asked to buy lollipops from some suspicious seller. Refused due to the well-known reason))))))
She promised to make them herself, but did not know how. And here everything is so simple. Thank you!
But I have one question: at what moment and most importantly HOW to insert a stick there so that they are truly "on a stick".
The cut-out shape seems to be in-depth, you can't put a stick ... Maybe my question will seem stupid, but for me it is relevant ...
And yet ... is it possible to make such lollipops in silicone molds, or is it necessary in foil.
Thank you in advance

finannaIf you are faced with the task of making lollipops, then there is an even easier way. I had to make just Christmas trees, but it is not very easy to insert sticks into lollipops cooked in clearings, because this needs to be done while the caramel is still plastic, and at this time it is very hot and easily loses its shape (see # one). The same applies to silicone molds - you can make a candy without a stick, but in order to insert it, you need to get the candy, and you can only get it frozen without damage. Therefore, I propose this option:

Or you can purchase special candy molds and cook them yourself

Girls, tell me, please, what am I doing wrong: I am trying to make candy at home, it seems that I am doing everything according to the recipe, and the syrup begins to crystallize even on the fire, not reaching the caramel color.Ideally trying to make gingerbreads. But, as with water, as with ginger juice - the result is the same. Maybe it's the sugar? Or am I making the same mistake?
dopleta
poloi, although you are asking the question a little off there, but I think you dissolve the sugar over too high a heat. In general, it's better to ask your question here: Tyts... And welcome to the forum!

tajga 2007maybe you put very small candies, they spread too thin, and therefore fragile? My Christmas trees are moderately plump, and I have not encountered such a problem. Try to slightly stretch the sides of the mold to the sides, and the mold itself will "peel off" from the candy.

Thanks, I'll try.
