Ingredients

Raw potatoes 6-8 pieces
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Sour cream 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Cheese 50 g
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Milk 50 ml
Black pepper taste
Dry garlic taste

Cooking method

  • Peel and chop the potatoes coarsely
  • Pour vegetable oil into a preheated multicooker
  • Baking mode 30 minutes
  • Put potatoes and fry with the lid open on the Baking for a few minutes, turning over a couple of times
  • Mix all the other ingredients in a container (pre-grate the cheese on a coarse grater).
