Hello! People! Help me figure out who the problem is: in me or in the stove. Viko oven, made in Ukraine. I tried most of the recipes included, the bread always turns out to be very dense, heavy. And I like porous, like a French baguette. What is the main factor here? Tell me where exactly to read about this, or just explain in a simpler way. I'm a kettle.

Here are the programs for your stove
1. the main program - kneading, proofing and baking of ordinary bread from wheat flour with a small addition of rye and coarse varieties.
2.White bread made from high quality flour (French)
3. whole grain bread with bran and flakes.
4.fast bread with one kneading and raising
5.sweet bread with added fruit juices, raisins, nuts, dried fruits
6.gluten free
7.express - even faster bread, liquid is taken at a temperature of at least 30-35 degrees
8. yeast dough
9.jams-marmalades-preserves (better not to use, spare parts for the stove cannot be found)
10.sweet pastries without yeast - muffins, biscuits ...
11.only baked goods

A - crust color: light, medium and dark;
B - the choice of the size of the loaf: 700 or 900 grams;
C - delayed start timer;
