Then she tied the piece with food thread so that it would not lose its shape, and quickly tinted it on all sides in a frying pan to give a crust. You can do the same in Element on the Frying mode, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
But I decided to save time, because in the element I had already fried onions (a lot - about 0.5 kg per 1 kg of meat), 5-7 minutes, so that the onion smell went away. You can also add carrots, bell peppers, tomato slices there.
Then the meat is placed on an onion pillow, poured with sauce (2 tablespoons of soy sauce - I have teriyaki, 1.5 tsp. White wine vinegar, 50 ml of water), add about 0.5-1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter in pieces, and that's it ... Then the Stew mode, 1.5 hours ...
The meat turned out to be fabulous !!! It can be eaten hot, with a side dish, with a delicious sauce ... Or you can chill it in the refrigerator and eat it as a cut.
We ate the magic sauce with the bread, so we had to eat the meat chilled. The piece retained its shape well, did not crumble during cutting. The meat turned out to be soft, very aromatic. For me - the most delicious and fastest "boiled pork type".
