Pork loin with pineapple in Oursson pressure cooker

Ingredients

Pork loin portioned on the bone 4-5 slices
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sweet pepper, red, yellow 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes red 8-10 pcs.
Canned pineapples 1 can small
Fresh parsley (dried) 1-2 tbsp. l. taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • The loin in portions on the bone, I had already been marinated in salt with spices in advance and lay in the refrigerator for a day. But, you can not stand the meat for so long, it is enough to hold it in spices for about 30-60 minutes.
  • For the meat to roast better, preferably dry, wipe it off with a paper towel before marinating.
  • Turn on the pressure cooker on mode BAKING (Roasting), warm up for 5-7 minutes. Pour in about 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, heat up and put pieces of meat in a saucepan. Fry the meat until golden brown, periodically turning the pieces to the other side.
  • Now add chopped vegetables, onion strips, sweet pepper strips, whole cherry tomatoes, sauté vegetables with meat until the liquid evaporates for several minutes. Disable Baking mode.
  • Add pineapple from a jar with syrup and parsley to the meat. Stir gently.
  • Enable EXTINGUISH mode, pressure 3, time 30 minutes, and bring the meat to readiness.
  • It turned out to be a very juicy, soft meat, with a wonderful gravy-sauce!
