Ingredients

canned salmon in its own juice 1 can (240 gr)
egg 2 pcs
turnip onion 1 PC
flour 3 tbsp
salt, spices to taste
vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Put the canned salmon in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add eggs, finely chopped onion, salt, spices, flour to the fish.
  • Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
  • Put the resulting minced meat in a preheated pan with a spoon and fry on both sides until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes on each side).
