Ingredients

Margarine 500 g
Wheat flour 4 stkn
Light beer 1 stkn
Filling taste

Cooking method

  • Chop the margarine with flour, add beer and knead the dough.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Any filling (apples, jam, meat ...) I have apples with raspberry jam (instead of sugar) + cinnamon.
  • Roll out the dough thinly, divide into squares, put the filling, fasten the corners of the dough.
  • Bake at 180aboutFrom -30 min.
  • Ready-to-sprinkle with powdered sugar.
