Ingredients

tomato 7-8 kg
purchased tomato juice (thicker and tastier) 4.5L
salt 3st. l.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
vinegar essence

Cooking method

  • Pour everything except the vinegar into a large saucepan. When the marinade boils, lower the tomatoes for literally half a minute.
  • Fold the tomatoes into sterile jars, pour over boiling marinade, add 1 tsp. 70% vinegar for 3 liters. jar. Roll up. Turn hot cans and wrap them up.
