Ingredients

For 5 pcs cans - 1 l
Cucumbers
3-3.5 kg
In a 1 l jar:
Peppercorns 2 pcs.
Lavrushka 2 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Dill 1 branch
Currant and cherry leaves 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Then we fill the jars with cucumbers, cut from 2 sides .. And cook the marinade.
  • Marinade for 2 liters of water:
  • 12 Art. l. sugar + 2 tbsp. l. salt - when it boils, pour in 350 ml of vinegar 9%. And immediately pour the marinade into jars of cucumbers. And set to sterilize. Banks -1 l - 10 minutes, from the moment of boiling. Then roll up the banks. Turn over and wrap with a warm blanket until it cools completely.
