Ingredients

pumpkin 1,5kg
granulated sugar 1 glass
lemons 2 pieces
honey 3 tablespoons
walnuts 1.5 cups

Cooking method

  • Cut the pumpkin into pieces, place in a saucepan, add the juice of two lemons, add granulated sugar. Put the boil on a quiet run. To boil the pumpkin, you can add a little water (up to 100 ml). When the pumpkin is almost completely boiled down, you can add lemon zest and honey. With a metal crush with holes, knead the pumpkin so that small pieces remain. Add chopped walnuts and place on pallets oiled with vegetable oil. Approximately 3 ladles per tray. We send to drying for 12 hours. We take out, roll up and cut. Each candy can be sprinkled with granulated sugar on top.
