At the same time, I filled in the ingredients - I took out the finished roll. I never looked in and did not regulate anything. So I decided to try this recipe, remembering the ice that my mother baked, with the addition of potatoes, kneaded by hand, baked in the oven of a gas stove. What a wonderful piece of bread! Layered crumb.So I was expecting the same result (well, not that straight, of course!), But judging by the pictures, good, BUT !!!! I will try again following your recommendations.
