Ingredients

Warm water 500 ml
Salt 2.5 tsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Rye flour 200 g
Whole grain flour 100 g
Fast acting dry yeast 3 / 4h l.
Potatoes 230 g

Cooking method

  • Cook baked potatoes in the oven or airfryer, chill, cut into pieces. Set aside 2 or 3 slices for garnish.
  • Put the ingredients in the container, following the order indicated in the instructions for the bread maker. If whole flour is not available, any wheat flour can be used.
  • Select the "Whole grain bread" program or a similar one, the weight of the bread (1500g, but in fact - 1350g), the desired crust color. 30-45 minutes before the end of the program, open the bread maker and check the degree of readiness of the dough: if the dough is firm enough, place the potato slices on the bread for decoration. (I didn't.) At the end of the program, immediately put the bread out of the container.
