Fried mushrooms

Ingredients

mushrooms 0.5 kg.
butter or lard 150-180 gr.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Boil mushrooms for 20-30 minutes, drain the water. In a cauldron, melt the fat and add mushrooms, salt. Cook in fat for 40-50 minutes, until browned (boiled in fat). Spread over the bank, fill with the remaining oil, cork with a lid and put to cool upside down. Store in a cellar or refrigerator.

In this year, I got hold of mushrooms, found this recipe (somewhere on the Internet), but it is recommended to cook it from honey mushrooms, the talk is delicious, I didn’t wait for mushrooms, I decided to experiment on butter mushrooms (it turned out very tasty, the main thing now is to control yourself at least until December)
